Up to Rp100,000.- Cashback at Shell

These General Terms and Conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions) of the Shell Up to Rp100,000 Cashback Program (Program) apply to Bank Danamon Cardholders who participate in the Program organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner Shell.

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program runs from 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2024 ("Program Period").

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  4. The Program applies to the following cards ("Cards"): Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB logos, but not applicable for corporate type Credit Cards and Charge Cards.
  5. Cashback program worth Rp.25,000 (twenty five thousand Rupiah) is valid with a minimum transaction of Rp.400,000 (four hundred thousand Rupiah). 
  6. The program is valid for the purchase of all types of Shell fuel products at all Shell gas filling stations. Klik disini for details of applicable Shell stations.
  7. Program is valid every day during the Program Period.
  8. The maximum cashback that can be obtained per Card is 4x (four times) per month with a total of Rp.100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah).
  9. If the Cardholder has more than 1 (one) type of Card, then the cashback applies to each Card owned by the Cardholder (including the primary and supplementary Cards).
  10. Especially for the use of supplementary Cards, the cashback will be credited to the main Card.
  11. Cashback will be given in the form of a credit balance to the monthly bill and will be credited by Bank Danamon no later than 60 (sixty) working days of the following month.
  12. The program does not apply to installment transactions and transactions that are converted into installments.
  13. Cashback is only credited to Cards that are in a current/active state (not blocked, not in default).
  14. Cashback is not transferable and/or cashable.
  15. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promos.
  16. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is considered to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
     
  1. Products, services and/or discounts of the program are not the products and responsibility of Bank Danamon and therefore are the sole responsibility of the Shell merchant partner. If there are problems and/or complaints in relation to products, services, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. The Cardholder declares that there are not and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are reports of indications of fraud, fraud and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, and cancel the cashback provision to the Cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions associated with banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain in effect and bind the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Syariah Banking Accounts and Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership", and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Cards". They remain in effect as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder agrees to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any). 
  7. Cardholders can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

WARNING

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising prizes in any form. All fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
