Save up to Rp525 Thousand every Friday with Garuda Indonesia

These General Terms and Conditions of the Garuda Indonesia Program ("Program General Terms and Conditions") apply to Cardholders participating in Garuda Indonesia Program ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner Garuda Indonesia.

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

  

The Program runs from 11 August 2023 to 29 December 2023 every Friday ("Program Period").

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  4. The Program applies to the following card types: All Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with American Express logo, but not including corporate type cards ("Cards").
  5. This program is valid with the following terms and conditions:
    1. The Program discounts up to Rp525,000 (five hundred twenty five thousand Rupiah) with a minimum transaction of Rp12,000,000 (twelve million Rupiah), with following quota applied:

    2. Cardholders must comply with the procedures and complete the Program requirements found on the www.garuda-indonesia.com website and Fly Garuda App. 
    3. The flying period is until 31 July 2024.
    4. Program is valid for both Domestic and International ticket purchases.
    5. To get the discount, Cardholders must enter the TGIF promo code on the website or application page before selecting a flight.
    6. The discount is applied at the payment stage where the system will immediately deduct the transaction value. 
    7. The discount only applies to payments using Rupiah currency.
    8. The program is subject to Black Out Dates with routes as listed on the Garuda website.
    9. Terms for refunding, reissuing, and rescheduling airline tickets are subject to the rules applicable at Garuda Indonesia according to the respective ticket subclass.
    10. In the case of a refund, customers can send an email to e-booking@garuda-indonesia.com.
    11. In the case of rescheduling and reissuing, customers can contact the Garuda Indonesia call center at 0804 1 807 807 or 021 2351 9999, as well as via live chat.
    12. Conditions for rescheduling and reissuing beyond the promo period for special discounted airfare tickets are subject to published fare upsell.
  1. Products, services and/or savings from merchant partners are not the products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon and therefore are the sole responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are problems and/or complaints related to these products, services, and/or savings, please contact the respective merchant partner.
  2. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are reports indicating fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or the benefits to the Cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not differently regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, remain in effect and bind the Cardholder as an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Cards", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership" and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership". These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not regulated otherwise in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder agrees to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).  
  7. The Customer declares that there are no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  8. If there are reports indicating fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel Program participation, or provide discounts to the customer concerned. 
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK)
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the OJK.

REMINDER
Cardholders must be wary of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising rewards in any form. All fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties / third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
