Sunterra: Save as much as Rp12 Million + 0% Installment

The promotional program, organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with merchant partner Sunterra, applies to all holders of Bank Danamon credit and charge cards bearing the JCB, Visa, Mastercard and American Express logos (Cardholders) to avail of privileges particularly discounted rates and installments based on the Program General Terms and Conditions (Program).


The Program is valid from 1 May 2023 until 31 January 2024 (Program Period).

  1. The cardholder is required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or cancel the cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Upon performing transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, the cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  4. Cardholders who perform transactions in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are entitled to receive rewards in the form of discounts (Program Rewards) based on the following details

    • Purchase should be made via www.sunterra.id
    • Prices include 11% VAT and PLN permit.
    • Prices apply only for Greater Metropolitan Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area.
    • Prices exclude cost of ballast, canopy, logistics outside of Jabodetabek area and other additional work/services.
    • The final quotation is valid for a period of 1 (one) month.
    • Upon the project’s commencement, the customer cannot cancel nor request a refund for whatever reason. Even if the Customer cancels, any payment made cannot be returned and shall be forfeited.
    • Prices will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
    • The 0% installment is applicable for tenors of 12, 24 or 36 months.
    • The process for conversion, upon submission, takes a maximum period of 7 (seven) calendar days starting from the date of transaction.
    • The customer must ensure that there are no other pending applications for conversion installment submitted via different channels (e.g. SMS, e-mail, etc.).
    • Each transaction that is converted into installments will be subject to an administration fee worth Rp 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah).
    • Every transaction that is converted into installments is not entitled to receive D-Points.
    • Installments will be billed together with other purchase transactions every month, as indicated on the billing statement. If the Cardholder pays less than the value of the Total New Bill, or pays after the Due Date, the interest on purchases will be charged on the principal of the installment. The interest will be included as part of the Minimum Payment.
    • Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or postpone the application in case the cardholder has been deemed unfit or fails to fulfill the Program Terms and Conditions. The cardholder will be notified of any cancellation or delay in the application.
  1. The products and services are entirely the responsibility of Sunterra as the merchant partner, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products and services, please contact Sunterra directly.
  2. The cardholder declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel the transaction or provide price discount to the corresponding Cardholder.
  4. The cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow his/her participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on Cardholder and shall become an integral part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  6. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership” and “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services”. 
  7. The cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to occasionally amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any amendments/revisions/additions to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. 
  8. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon via its communication media. The cardholder agrees his/her acceptance to the change if he/she fails to file any objection within that period. If a cardholder disagrees to the change, he/she has the right to cancel Program participation by first settling all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  9. Cardholders or cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority, is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  12. The General Terms and Conditions for this Program follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
     

    REMINDER
    Cardholders should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
