These general terms and conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions) refer to the applicable terms and conditions for participating Customers who avail of the discount program at Grand Hyatt Hotel Jakarta (Program), which is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon).

The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions.

The Program is valid from 1 August 2023 until 31 July 2024 (Program Period).

Customers holding Bank Danamon Credit, Debit and Charge Cards bearing the JCB, Visa, Mastercard or American Express logo (excluding corporate cards) can participate in the Program.

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Customer bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The details for this discount program are as follows:
    • 20% discount applies based on the following conditions:
      • Stay in a Grand Deluxe City View room with breakfast for 2 (two) adults and 2 (two) children, ages 12 (twelve) years and under, and 1 (one) hour body massage service for 2 (two) people for IDR 4,200,000 (Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Rupiah) net;
      • Stay in a Grand Deluxe Roundabout View room with breakfast for 2 (two) adults and 2 (two) children, ages 12 (twelve) years and under, and 1 (one) hour massage service for 2 (two) people for IDR 4,400,000 (Four Million Four Hundred Thousand Rupiah) net;
      • Stay in a Deluxe Family City View room with breakfast for 2 (two) adults and 2 (two) children, ages 12 (twelve) years and under, and 1 (one) hour body massage for 2 (two) people for IDR 4,700,000 (Four Million Seven Hundred Thousand Rupiah) net;
      • Stay in the Capital Suite City View with breakfast for 2 (two) adults and 2 (two) children, ages 12 (twelve) years and under, and 1 (one) hour massage service for 2 (two) people for IDR 9,400,000 (Nine Million Four Hundred Thousand Rupiah) net.
    • Valid for weekday or weekend stays, except on Christmas Day (24 and 25 December 2023) and New Year's Eve (31 December 2023);
    • Includes access to the “Club Olympus” fitness center and salt-infused swimming pool;
    • Includes parking for 1 (one) vehicle during the stay;
    • Valid for direct booking via: (i) telephone +62 21 2992 1234; (ii) email jakarta.grand@hyatt.com; (iii) or hotel reception;
    • Massage packages cannot be exchanged for cash nor other services and must be used for the duration of the stay;
    • Eligible for collecting World of Hyatt points;
    • Program is subject to room availability;
    • Cannot be combined with other promotions;
    • The program applies to either principal or supplementary cards; and
    • The program can be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  5. The Program policies, terms and conditions may change any time with prior notice, and shall be at the absolute discretion of Grand Hyatt Hotel.
  6. Upon performing transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program.

Cardholders immediately receive a discount upon performing payments and informing the required tenor at the Grand Hyatt Hotel.

  1. Customers can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking products/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding Customer Complaints services can be accessed via the website link https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. The products and/or services from Grand Hyatt Hotel are entirely the responsibility of Grand Hyatt Hotel, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or savings, please contact Grand Hyatt Hotel directly.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall become an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”. The terms and conditions remain valid as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its available communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will consider his/her agreement to the changes if he/she fails to submit an objection within that time period. If the Customer disagrees with those changes, he/she has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first completing all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. The Customer declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other similar transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  6. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, Program participation or issuance of rewards to the corresponding Customer. 
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  8. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
 
REMINDER
Please take necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other criminal and deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
