Save up to 30% at MyBluebird

These general terms and conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions) refer to the applicable terms and conditions for participating Cardholders who avail of the discount program at Bluebird (Program), which is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with PT Blue Bird Tbk (Bluebird) as the merchant partner. 

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions.

The Program is valid from 15 July 2023 until 15 February 2024 (Program Period).

Cardholders (including Bank Danamon employees) who have Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cards can participate in the Program.

  1. All participating Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. By using Promo Code DNMBB20A, a discount of 20% (twenty percent) is issued when boarding Bluebird, subject to a maximum discount worth IDR 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rupiah) and a minimum transaction worth IDR 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupiah).
  3. By using Promo Code DNMSB30A, a discount of 30% (thirty percent) is issued when boarding a Silverbird, subject to a maximum discount worth IDR 30,000 (Thirty Thousand Rupiah) and a minimum transaction worth IDR 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah). 
  4. The Program applies to either principal or supplementary cardholders.
  5. Throughout the Program Period, the Program is valid any day. The Cardholder can only get a maximum discount 4x (four times) per card.
  6. The Program has an applicable quota of 4,500 (four thousand five hundred) Cardholder transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  7. Discounts are applied when the Cardholder pays transactions using the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card via the MyBluebird application..
  8. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions. 
  9. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, suits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  10. Once the Cardholder performs transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, he/she is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions. The transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  11. Different minimum transactions apply in each operational area. Calculation of applicable discount will start after this minimum transaction, according to the following list:
    • Bandung, Semarang, Makasar and Yogyakarta: IDR 20,000,-
    • Cilegon, Surabaya, Lombok, Manado, Palembang, Padang, Pekanbaru and Batam: IDR 15,000,-
    • Jabodetabek, Medan: Rp 25.000,-
    • Bali, Bangka Belitung: Rp 30.000,-
    • Silverbird (hanya Jabodetabek): Rp 75.000,-
    • EZPay Bluebird Rp 10.000,- 
    • EZPay Silverbird Rp 50,000,-
  1. Customers can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking products/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding Customer Complaints services can be accessed via the website link https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. The products and/or services from Bluebird are entirely the responsibility of Bluebird, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or savings, please contact the corresponding merchant partner directly.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall become an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”. The terms and conditions remain valid as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its available communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will consider his/her agreement to the changes if he/she fails to submit an objection within that time period. If the Customer disagrees with those changes, he/she has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first completing all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. The Customer declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other similar transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  6. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, Program participation or issuance of rewards to the corresponding Customer. 
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  8. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
 
REMINDER
Please take necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other criminal and deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
