Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program Potongan Harga Holiday Inn Gajah Mada (“Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program”) ini merupakan syarat-syarat dan ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku bagi Pemegang Kartu yang mengikuti Program Potongan Harga Holiday Inn Gajah Mada (“Program”) yang diselenggarakan oleh PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) bekerja sama dengan merchant partner Hotel ohliday Inn Gajah Mada

The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions.

The Program is valid until 30 April 2024 (Program Period).

Customers holding Bank Danamon Credit, Debit and Charge Cards bearing the JCB, Visa, Mastercard or American Express logo (excluding corporate cards) can participate in the Program.

  1. Customers who intend to participate in this Program must register by accomplishing and signing the Program participation form. 
  2. Customers are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Customer bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. Upon performing a transaction, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program is subject to its General Terms and Conditions.
  6. The details for this discount program are as follows:
    • a 30% discount on Best Flexible Rate room rates applies every Friday, Saturday and Sunday;
    • a 20% discount on Best Flexible Rate room rates applies any day from Monday to Thursday; and
    • a 15% discount applies for all food and beverages including the regular all-you-can-eat buffet program, such as the Duta café (excluding alcoholic drinks).
  7. The Program is valid for Bank Danamon Credit and Debit Cards.
  8. The Program is valid for either principal or supplementary cardholders.
  9. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  10. This Program does not apply to corporate cards.
  11. The Program policies, terms and conditions may change any time with prior notice, and shall be at the absolute discretion of Holiday Inn Gajah Mada Hotel.
  12. By participating in this Program, customers are deemed to have understood and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
  13. These Terms and Conditions form an inseparable and integral part of the applicable terms and conditions.
  1. Customers immediately receive a discount upon performing payments using Danamon Credit cards and Debit cards.
  1. Customers can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking products/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. The products and/or services from Holiday Inn Gajah Mada are entirely the responsibility of Holiday Inn Gajah Mada, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or savings, please contact Holiday Inn Gajah Mada directly.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall become an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”. The terms and conditions remain valid as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its available communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will consider his/her agreement to the changes if he/she fails to submit an objection within that time period. If the Customer disagrees with those changes, he/she has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first completing all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. The Customer declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other similar transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  6. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, Program participation or issuance of rewards to the corresponding Customer. 
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  8. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
 
REMINDER
Please take necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other criminal and deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
