Save up to 15% at Zalora

These General Terms and Conditions of the Zalora Discount Program ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to Cardholders participating in the Zalora discount program ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner PT Fashion Eservices Indonesia. ("Zalora").

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program runs from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2023 ("Program Period").

The program is only valid for Cardholders (including Bank Danamon employees) with JCB, Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards (not applicable for Corporate cards) and Mastercard Debit Cards ("Cards").

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  2. The Program is a 15% (fifteen percent) discount given to Cardholders who make purchases on the Zalora application, with a maximum discount of Rp.100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) with a minimum transaction of Rp.300,000 (three hundred thousand Rupiah) ("Transaction").
  3. Program is valid for principal and supplementary credit cards.
  4. The quota of winners is 250 (two hundred fifty) transactions for the Cardholders who first make a Transaction in accordance with the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  6. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  7. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promos.
  8. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program.
  1. Customers can submit complaints on banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding Customer Complaint services can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. Products and/or services from Zalora are not the products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon and are the sole responsibility of Zalora. If there are problems and/or complaints related to these products and/or services, please contact to the concerned party of Zalora.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions, remain in effect and bind the Cardholder in an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Credit Cards and/or Services. These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not otherwise regulated in these Program General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder accepts that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. The Cardholder declares that there are no transactions indicative of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. If there is any report indicating fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the participation in the Program, or give the prize to the Cardholder concerned. 
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  8. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
 
REMINDER
Beware of fraud. Make sure you are cautious and not deceived by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising Rewards. All forms of fraud or other acts committed by other / third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
