Save Rp200,000 and 0% Installment of up to 6 Months at Mitra 10

These General Terms and Conditions of the Save Rp200,000 and 0% Up to 6 Months Installment Program at Mitra10 ("Program General Terms and Conditions") apply to Cardholders who participate in the Save Rp200,000 and 0% Up to 6 Months Installment Program at Mitra10 ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa ("Mitra10").

The Cardholder hereby agrees and is bound by all the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

  

The Program runs from 26 August 2023 to 31 December 2023 ("Program Period").

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  4. The program is valid for Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express logos, but excludes corporate cards ("Cards").
  5. Below are the detailed conditions for this Program:
    1. Savings
      1. The program offers savings of Rp200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah) with a minimum transaction of Rp4,000,000 (four million rupiah) with a quota of 1,000 (one thousand) transactions during the Program Period.
      2. Valid every day during the Program Period.
      3. Program is valid for purchase of all products at all Mitra10 outlets. List of outlets can be seen here.
      4. Valid for primary and supplementary cards.
      5. Valid for transactions that are converted into installments or full payment.
      6. Valid only for 1 (one) transaction per Card per day during the Program Period.
    2. Installments
      1. The 0% (zero percent) installment program is valid for 3 (three) and 6 (six) month tenures with a minimum transaction of Rp3,000,000 (three million rupiah).
      2. Valid every day during the Program Period.
      3. Program is valid for purchases of all products at all Mitra10 outlets. List of outlets can be seen here.
      4. Valid for primary and supplementary cards.
      5. Every transaction that is converted into installments will be charged an administration fee of Rp15,000 (fifteen thousand rupiah).
      6. Every transaction that is converted into installments will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
  6. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is considered to have read, understood and consented to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Products, services and/or savings from merchant partners are not the products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon and therefore are the sole responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are problems and/or complaints related to these products, services, and/or savings, please contact the respective merchant partner.
  2. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are reports indicating fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or the benefits to the Cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not differently regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, remain in effect and bind the Cardholder as an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Cards", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership" and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership". These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not regulated otherwise in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder agrees to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any). 
  7. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions are in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

REMINDER
Beware of fraud. Make sure the Customer remains vigilant to avoid being deceived by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon promising rewards. All forms of fraud or other acts committed by other / third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
