Save Rp1 Million + 0% Installment at Blibli

These General Terms and Conditions of the Program ("Program General Terms and Conditions") to Save Rp1,000,000 & 0% Installment up to 12 months for Electric Motorcycle Purchase at Blibli (“Program”) apply to Cardholders who participate in the Program organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner Blibli.

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program runs from 07 September 2023 to 31 December 2023 ("Program Period").

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  4. The Program applies to Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, but excludes Corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards ("Cards").
  5. Discount/price cut program with terms and conditions as follows:
    • Discount / price cut of Rp1,000,000 (one million rupiah) applies with a minimum transaction of Rp9,900,000 (nine million nine hundred thousand rupiah);
    • The program applies a quota for each type of Card with the following conditions:
      1. 35 (thirty five) quota during the Program Period, for Danamon Visa, Mastercard and JCB Credit Cards, with promo code: ML-DNMVMJ. Valid for both full payment and installment transactions;
      2. 12 (twelve) quota during the Program Period, for Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card, with promo code: ML-DNMAM. Valid for both full payment and installment transactions.
    • Program does not apply multiples;
    • For 1 (one) Card can only get a discount / price cut 1 (one) time during the Program Period;
    • The program is valid from 10:00 am to 11:59 pm WIB during the Program Period;
    • Blibli reserves the right to cancel the discount, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the account, if there are indications of misuse of the promo code by the user if it is not appropriate.
  6. Installment program with terms and conditions are:
    • 0% (zero percent) installment applies with 3, 6, and 12 months tenor at Blibli with minimum transaction of Rp500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah);
    • Every transaction that is converted into installments will be subject to an administration fee of Rp15,000 (fifteen thousand rupiah);
    • Every transaction converted into installments will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points;
    • The process of applying for conversion to installments is done directly during transactions on the Blibli mobile application and has never been submitted through other channels (e.g. SMS, Email).
  7. Program is valid for the purchase of electric motorcycles on the Blibli mobile application using the Card.
  8. The program is valid every day during the Program Period.
  9. Program is valid for both principal and supplementary Cards.
  10. Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promos.
  11. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Products and / or services from merchant partners are not the products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon and are therefore the sole responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are problems and/or complaints related to the products and/or services, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. The Cardholder certifies that there are no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, deception, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel Program participation, and provide Program benefits to the relevant Program Holder. The Cardholder is still obliged to pay off all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). 
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, are declared to remain in effect and bind the Cardholders and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership" and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership". These terms and conditions remain in effect to the extent not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder agrees to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. Cardholders can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
 
REMINDER
Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
