Save 15% at Sun Katsura

These General Terms and Conditions of the 15% Discount Program at Sun Katsura ("Program General Terms and Conditions") apply to Cardholders participating in the 15% Discount Program at Sun Katsura ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner Sun Katsura.

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program will run from 14 September 2023 to 31 August 2024 ("Program Period").

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the customer's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  4. The Program is applicable for the following card types: (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with Mastercard and NPG logos; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, but excludes corporate type Credit Cards and Charge Cards ("Cards"). 
  5. The Program provides a discount or rebate of 15% (fifteen percent) with a minimum transaction of Rp700,000 (seven hundred thousand rupiah) excluding taxes and service fees, and a maximum discount of Rp750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand rupiah).
  6. The program is valid for food and beverage purchases excluding alcoholic beverages at Sun Katsura outlets located at Elysee Lot 21 SCBD 3st Floor, South Jakarta - 12190 Phone. 0811-2777-776
  7. Program is valid for both primary and supplementary Cards.
  8. Program is only valid for 1 (one) transaction/Card/day.
  9. Program is valid for dine-in and take away.
  10. Program is valid every day including public holidays during the Program Period.
  11. Program is not valid for split bills.
  12. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promos.
  13. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Customer is valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. Products, services and/or savings from merchant partners are not the products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon and therefore are the sole responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are problems and/or complaints related to these products, services, and/or savings, please contact the respective merchant partner.
  2. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are reports indicating fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or the benefits to the Cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not differently regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, remain in effect and bind the Cardholder as an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Cards", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership" and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership". These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not regulated otherwise in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder agrees to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any). 
  7. The Customer declares that there are no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  8. If there are reports indicating fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel Program participation, or provide discounts to the customer concerned. 
  9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations.
  10. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the OJK and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
 
REMINDER
Customers must be careful of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising rewards in any form. All fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties / third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
