The general terms and conditions of this Program (Program General Terms and Conditions) apply to Cardholders who avail of up to 15% discount at KiddyCuts (Program), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with merchant partner KiddyCuts. 

 

The Program is valid from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 (“Program Period”).

  1. The Cardholder must read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.

  5. Program applies for all services, except for retail products.
  6. By performing transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  7. The program cannot be combined with other promotions.
  1. The products and services in this program are the full responsibility of KiddyCuts, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or savings, please contact KiddyCuts directly.
  2. All transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or issuance of discounts to the customer/cardholder.
  4. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel his/her participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an inseparable unit.
  6. These Program Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Account and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk” and “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Card Membership”. In case of discrepancies between these provisions, the "General Terms and Conditions for Banking Accounts and Services" and "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Card Membership" shall apply.
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/complete this Program’s General Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Bank Danamon will notify the Customer within a reasonable period of time or as stipulated in applicable laws and regulations through its branch offices and/or other available communication media according to the latest data recorded at Bank Danamon. In case of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, and General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement to these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit any objections within the abovementioned time period. If the customer disagrees with these changes, he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all his/her outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  8. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints concerning banking products/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  11. These General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

Beware of fraud. Please be careful and do not be deceived by unauthorized persons acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards. All forms of fraud or other similar acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
