Save 10% at El Asador – South American

These general terms and conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions) refer to the applicable terms and conditions for participating Cardholders who avail of the 10% discount program at El Asador – South American (Program), which is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with El Asador – South American as the merchant partner.

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions.

The Program is valid from 16 October 2023 until 31 October 2024 (Program Period).

  1. The Program applies to Bank Danamon customers who own and perform transactions using the following card types (Cardholders): (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with the Mastercard or GPN logo; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB or American Express logo but exclude corporate credit cards (Cards).
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The conditions for this discount program are as follows:
    • Discount of 10% (ten percent) with a minimum transaction worth IDR 250,000 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupiah) before discount, tax and service fees.
    • The Program applies to purchase of food and beverages except alcoholic drinks
    • Valid for either dine-in or take away.
    • Valid any day, including national holidays, during the Program Period.
    • The Program applies to either principal or supplementary cards.
    • This Program does not apply to separate bills (split bills).
    • This Program is valid only for a single (one) transaction/card/day.
    • This Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
    • This program is valid at the El Asador – South American outlet which is located at Point Building Ground Floor, Jl. Kemang Raya No. 3 Bangka, Mampang, Prapatan No.RT.4, RT.4/RW.1, Bangka, Kec. Mampang Prpt., South Jakarta 17230. Telephone: (021) 7182206.
  6. Dengan Pemegang Kartu melakukan transaksi sesuai dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program maka Pemegang Kartu dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan menyetujui untuk mengikuti Program dan tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program. Atas transaksi yang dilakukan oleh Pemegang Kartu tersebut merupakan bukti yang sah atas keikutsertaan Pemegang Kartu pada Program dan persetujuan Pemegang Kartu untuk tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.
  7. Upon performing transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to join the Program and comply with its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Customer serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  1. The products and/or services from the merchant partners are entirely the responsibility of the respective merchant partner, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or savings, please contact the corresponding merchant partner directly.
  2. The Customer declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other similar transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, Program participation or issuance of rewards to the corresponding Customer. 
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall become an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  5. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral and inseparable part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards”, “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership” and “General Terms and Conditions for Card Membership Danamon Credit”. 
  6. The terms and conditions remain valid as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  7. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its available communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will consider his/her agreement to the changes if he/she fails to submit an objection within that time period. If the Customer disagrees with those changes, he/she has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first completing all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).

  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  11. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

    Please take necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other criminal and deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
