Bridges Eyewear: 30% e-Voucher + Up to 20% Savings + 0% Installment with 3-Month Tenor

These general terms and conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions) refer to applicable terms and conditions for participating Cardholders who avail of 0% installment with 3-month tenor, up to 30% e-voucher and up to 20% discount at Bridges Eyewear (Program), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with Bridges Eyewear as the merchant partner.

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions:


The Program is valid from 8 September 2023 until 30 October 2023 (Program Period).

  1. All Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program has the following terms and conditions: 
    • E-Voucher Program
      1. The program applies to Bank Danamon Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Charge Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB or American Express logo, but excludes Corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards (Cards).
      2. For every purchase of frames and lenses (must be both), get a Bridges Eyewear shopping e-voucher worth up to 30% (thirty percent) of the value of the frame purchased. For information, every purchase of 1 (one) pair of frame and lens will be indicated in a single (1) invoice/receipt. There cannot be more than 1 (one) pair of glasses.
      3. Bridges Eyewear will issue an e-voucher to the Cardholder via a transaction receipt once the transaction has been paid in full.
      4. The e-vouchers can be used for subsequent purchases without a required minimum transaction by presenting the e-voucher on the previous transaction receipt to the cashier without a minimum transaction. The e-voucher is valid 14 (fourteen) days starting from the date of the e-voucher’s issuance and is valid only at the outlet where the e-voucher was issued. In the event that the transaction value exceeds the value of the e-voucher owned by the Cardholder, he/she is required to use the Card to pay for the balance of the transaction.
      5. The e-vouchers can be used to purchase any product at Bridges Eyewear.
      6. Throughout the Program Period, the Program is valid any day including national holidays.
    • Discount Program
      1. The program applies to Bank Danamon Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Charge Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB or American Express logo, but excludes Corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards (Cards).
      2. A 10% (ten percent) discount applies when purchasing 1 (one) pair of sunglasses while a 20% (twenty percent) discount applies when purchasing 2 (two) or more pairs of sunglasses.
      3. Throughout the Program Period, the Program is valid any day including national holidays.
    • 0% Installment Program:
      1. The Program applies to Bank Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard or JCB logo but excludes Corporate Credit Cards (Cards).
      2. The Program takes the form of 0% (zero percent) installment with a tenor of 3 (three) months based on a minimum transaction worth IDR 600,000 (Six Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
      3. Throughout the Program Period, the Program is valid any day including national holidays.
      4. An administration fee amounting to IDR 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah) shall be charged for every transaction that is converted into installments.
      5. Any transaction converted into installments will not be entitled to earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
      6. The process of submitting an installment conversion should be done directly upon performing the transaction. Ensure that no other request for installment conversion has been done via other channels (e.g. SMS, e-mail).
  5. This Program applies for either principal or supplementary cards.
  6. The Program is valid at all Bridges Eyewear outlets. For complete list of outlets, click here.
  7. This Program cannot be combined with other ongoing programs and/or promotions. 
  8. Once the Cardholder performs transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, he/she is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions. The transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  1. The products, services and/or discounts in this Program are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or savings, please contact the merchant partner directly.
  2. The Cardholder declares that current and future transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other similar activities that are prohibited under Indonesia’s laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or disallow installments to the Cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall become an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership" and "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership". These terms and conditions remain valid as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its available communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will consider his/her agreement to the changes if he/she fails to submit an objection within that time period. If the Cardholder disagrees with those changes, he/she has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first completing all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
     

    REMINDER
    Cardholders must take necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other criminal and deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
