Masari: Up to 24 Months 0% Installment

These general terms and conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions) refer to the applicable terms and conditions for participating Customers who avail of the 0% installment program at Masari (Program), which is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon).

The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions.


The Program is valid from 10 July 2023 until 30 June 2024 (Program Period).

Customers holding Bank Danamon Credit and Charge Cards bearing the JCB, Visa, Mastercard or American Express logo (excluding corporate cards) can participate in the Program.

 

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Customer bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Upon performing a transaction, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Program is based on the following terms and conditions:
    • Cardholders who perform transactions at Masari offline stores can avail of the privilege to participate in the 0% installment program with tenors of 3 (three), 6 (six), 12 (twelve) or 24 (twenty four) months;
    • The tenor of 3 (three) months applies for a minimum transaction worth IDR 3,000,000 (Three Million Rupiah) while the tenors of  6 - 24 months (six to twenty four months) apply for a minimum transaction worth IDR 5,000,000 (Five Million Rupiah);
    • The Program is valid any day and applies in multiples;
    • Every transaction that is converted into installments will be subject to an administration fee amounting to IDR 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah);
    • Any transaction converted into installments will not be entitled to earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points;
    • The process of submitting an installment conversion should be done directly when performing an online transaction. Ensure that no other conversion has been submitted via other channels (e.g. SMS, e-mail);
    • The Program is valid for holders of Danamon Credit and Charge Cards bearing the JCB, Visa, Mastercard or American Express logo (except corporate cards); 
    • The Program applies to either principal or supplementary cards;
    • The Program is valid at Masari offline stores located in Plaza Indonesia, Pondiok Indah Mall and Senayan City;

  6. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  7. The terms and conditions policy of this Program, which may change at any time with prior notification, shall be at the absolute discretion of Masari.
  8. Once the Cardholder performs transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, he/she is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions. The transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  9. These terms and conditions form an inseparable and integral part of applicable Terms and Conditions.

To avail of the 0% installment program when performing payments at Masari, the Customer must inform his/her chosen tenor.

  1. Customers can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking products/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding Customer Complaints services can be accessed via the website link https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. The products and/or services from Masari are entirely the responsibility of Masari, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or savings, please contact Masari directly.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall become an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”. The terms and conditions remain valid as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its available communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will consider his/her agreement to the changes if he/she fails to submit an objection within that time period. If the Customer disagrees with those changes, he/she has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first completing all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. The Customer declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other similar transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  6. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, Program participation or issuance of rewards to the corresponding Customer. 
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  8. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
     

    REMINDER
    Please take necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other criminal and deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
