Samsung Trio: Up to 12 Months 0% Installment

These general terms and conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions) refer to the applicable terms and conditions for participating Cardholders who avail of up to 12 months 0% installment program at Samsung (Program), which is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with PT Trio Distribution (Samsung) as merchant partner.

The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions.

The Program is valid from 1 September 2023 until 30 June 2024 (Program Period).

  1. All Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Cardholder’s participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program applies to holders of Bank Danamon Credit and Charge Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB or American Express logo, but excludes corporate type of Credit and Charge Cards (Cards).
  5. The Program has the following terms and conditions.
    • The 0% (zero percent) installment program is valid for tenors of 3 (three), 6 (six) and 12 (twelve) months with a minimum transaction worth IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah).
    • The Program applies to purchase transactions of any gadget at Samsung outlets. For a complete list of outlets, click here.
    • The Program is valid for either principal or supplementary cards.
    • Every transaction that is converted into installments will be subject to an administration fee amounting to IDR 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah).
    • Any transaction converted into installments will not be entitled to earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
    • The process of submitting a conversion into installments should be done directly upon performing a transaction at the outlet. Ensure that there are no other requests for conversion submitted via other channels (e.g. SMS, e-mail).
  6. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  7. Once the Cardholder performs transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, he/she is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions. The transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.

  1. The products and/or services are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or savings, please contact the merchant partner directly.
  2. The Customer declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other similar transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, Program participation or issuance of rewards to the corresponding Customer. 
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall become an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership" and "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership". The terms and conditions remain valid as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its available communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will consider his/her agreement to the changes if he/she fails to submit an objection within that time period. If the Cardholder disagrees with those changes, he/she has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first completing all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). 
  7. Cardholders can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking transactions/services via the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

    Please take necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other criminal and deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
