This Program General Terms and Conditions ("Program General Terms and Conditions") apply to Danamon Debit and Credit Card Holders who participate to avail of Up to 10% Discount at Natasha Skin Clinic Program ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner Natasha Skin Clinic.

Cardholders hereby agree and are bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program runs from 1 June 2023 to 31 May 2024 ("Program Period").

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  4. Discount of 5% (five percent) for the purchase of cream, except drinking medicine.
  5. 10% (ten percent) discount for Facial Serum and Facial Botanical Peeling treatments.
  6. The Program applies to the following types of cards ("Cards"): (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with Mastercard and NPG logos; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards with Visa, Mastercard, and JCB logos, but excludes Corporate Credit Cards.
  7. This program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promos.

  9. Program is valid every day including public holidays during the Program Period.
  10. This program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promos.
  11. BBy making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is considered to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Products, services and/or discounts from merchant partners are not the product and responsibility of Bank Danamon so that it is entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are problems and/or complaints related to these products, services, and/or savings, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. The Cardholder states that there are and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are reports of indications of fraud, fraud and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide benefits to the Cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, so long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain in effect and bind the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership". These terms and conditions remain in effect to the extent not otherwise regulated in these Program General Terms and Conditions. 
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder agrees to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any). 
  7. Cardholders can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
