Wall Street English: 0% Installment for up to 24 Months

The general terms and conditions for the Wall Street English instalment program (Program General Terms and Conditions) refer to the 0% installment for up to 24 months at Wall Street English for cardholders (Program), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with Wall Street English as the merchant partner. 

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions.

The Program is valid from 1 March 2023 until 28 February 2025 (Program Period).

  1. The cardholder is required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or cancel the cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program takes the form of 0% (zero percent) installment for a tenor of 3 (three), 6 (six), 12 (twelve), 18 (eighteen) or 24 (twenty four) months;
  5. The Program is applicable for all holders of Danamon Credit and Charge Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB and/or American Express logo (Cards). The Program excludes Corporate Credit and Charge Cards.

  7. The Program is valid for principal and/or supplementary cards but only the principal cardholder can request changes in installments.
  8. Each transaction that is converted into instalment will be subject to an administration fee worth Rp 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah).
  9. Every transaction that is converted into instalments shall not be enti9tled to receive D-Points or membership Rewards Points.
  10. Upon performing transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, the cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.

  1. The products, services and/or installments are entirely the responsibility of the respective merchant partners, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or installments, please contact the corresponding merchant partner directly.
  2. The Cardholder declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel the transaction or provide price discount to the corresponding Cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on Cardholder and shall become an integral part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Membership of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership” , “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services” and/or “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards”. These terms and conditions shall remain in effect as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  6. The cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to occasionally amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any amendments/revisions/additions to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon via its communication media. The cardholder agrees his/her acceptance to the change if he/she fails to file any objection within that period. If a cardholder disagrees to the change, he/she has the right to cancel Program participation by first settling all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority, is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  10. The General Terms and Conditions for this Program follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
     

    REMINDER
    Cardholders should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
