MarjenJ: 0% Installment up to 18 Months

This promotional program from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon), in cooperation with MarhenJ as the merchant partner, enables customers who are credit card holders bearing the JCB, Visa or Mastercard logo (Danamon Cardholders) to avail of 0% installment at MarhenJ (Program) based on the Program’s general terms and conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions). 

The 0% installment program is valid from 15 February 2023 until 30 September 2024 (Program Period).

  1. Danamon Cardholders who perform transactions at MarhenJ offline store can avail of the 0% (zero percent) installment privilege for tenors of 3 (three), 6 (six), 12 (twelve) or 18 (eighteen) months.
  2. The Program is valid for a minimum transaction worth IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah).
  3. Throughout the Program Period, the Program is valid any day. Multiples apply.
  4. This Program is applicable for Danamon Caardholders.
  5. This Program is applicable for transactions at all MarhenJ offline stores.
  6. The Program applies to both principal and supplementary cards.
  7. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  8. The Program policies, terms and conditions, which are subject to change any time with prior notification, shall be at the sole discretion of MarhenJ.
  9. Upon performing transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with its General Terms and Conditions. 
  10. These Program Terms and Conditions form an inseparable and integral part of applicable terms and conditions.

  1. The products and/or services in this particular program are entirely the responsibility of MarhenJ, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products and/or services, please contact MarhenJ directly.
  2. All transactions do not have any indications of money laundering and /or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or irregularities in transactions, Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel transactions, program participation, or issuance of discounts/approval of installments to the corresponding Cardholder.
  4. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or cancel his/her participation in the Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions. 
  5. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an integral part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  6. This Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk” and “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Card Membership”.
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to occasionally amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any amendments/revisions/additions to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. 
  8. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon via its communication media. The Cardholder agrees his/her acceptance to the change if he/she fails to file any objection within that period. If a Customer disagrees to the change, he/she has the right to cancel Program participation by first settling all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  9. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  12. The Program’s General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.

    Be cautious of scams. Cardholders should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
