Hartono: Up to 12 Months 0% Installment

These General Terms and Conditions ("Program General Terms and Conditions") apply to Credit Cardholders who participate in the 0% Installment for Up to 12 Months Program at Hartono ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with Hartono's merchant partners.

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:


The Program runs from 20 May 2023 to 30 April 2025 ("Program Period").

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.  
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  4. The Program applies to Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express logos, but excludes corporate type Credit Cards and Charge Cards ("Cards").
  5. The following are the conditions for this installment program:
    • The 0% (zero percent) installment program is valid for 3 (three), 6 (six) and 12 (twelve) month tenors with a minimum transaction of Rp1,000,000 (one million rupiah).
    • The program applies to all product purchase transactions through the MyHartono application or website https://myhartono.com/ or through all Hartono stores/outlets. For a list of stores/outlets can be seen here.
    • For purchases through MyHartono application or website https://myhartono.com/ only Bank Danamon Credit Cards with Visa, Mastercard and JCB logo apply.
    • For purchases at stores/outlets, Bank Danamon Credit Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and American Express Charge Cards apply.
    • Program is valid for primary and supplementary cards.
    • Every transaction that is converted into installments will be charged an administration fee of Rp15,000 (fifteen thousand rupiah).
    • Any transactions converted into installments will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
    • The application process for conversion to installments is done directly at the store or online transaction and has never been submitted through other channels (e.g. SMS, Email).   
  6. This program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promos.
  7. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are considered to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder serves as valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to abide by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are not the products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon so they are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are problems and/or complaints related to these products and/or services, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, fraud and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide benefits to the Cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions associated with banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain in effect and bind the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership" and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership". These terms and conditions remain in effect if not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder agrees to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
     

    REMINDER
    Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
