Cicilan 0% hingga 12 Bulan di Goldmart

The General Terms and Conditions of the Goldmart 0% Installment Program (Program General Terms and Conditions) apply to participating customers who avail of the 0% Installment at Goldmart (Program) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in cooperation with Goldmart.

The customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions.

Implementation of the program covers the period 13 April 2023 until 30 April 2024 (Program Period).

To participate in the Program, the customer must be a holder of Bank Danamon credit card or charge card bearing JCB, Visa, Mastercard or American Express logo (Card). The Program is not applicable for corporate card types.

  1. The customer is required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the customer's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The customer bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Customers who perform transactions at Goldmart can avail of the 0% (zero percent) installment privilege for tenors of 3 (three), 6 (six) or 12 (twelve) months.
  5. The Program is valid for a minimum transaction worth IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah).
  6. The Program applies to both principal or supplementary cards.
  7. Each transaction that is converted into installments will be subject to an administration fee of IDR 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah).
  8. Every transaction that is converted into installments will not be entitled to receive D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
  9. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  10. Upon performing transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Customer serve as valid evidence of his/her participation.

  1. The products and/or services in this particular program are entirely the responsibility of Goldmart, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products and/or services, please contact Goldmart directly.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an integral part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. This Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of ”General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership” and “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership”. These terms and conditions shall remain in effect, as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to occasionally amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any amendments/revisions/additions to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon via its communication media. The Customer agrees his/her acceptance to the change if he/she fails to file any objection within that period. If a Customer disagrees to the change, he/she has the right to cancel Program participation by first settling all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. The Customer declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  6. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or irregularities in transactions, Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel transactions, Program participation, or issuance of Program rewards to the corresponding Customer.
  7. The Program’s General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.
  8. Bank Danamon, which is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority, is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

REMINDER
Be cautious of scams. Cardholders should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
