Alfagift Cashback as much as Rp100,000

These Program General Terms and Conditions refer to terms and conditions applicable for all participating holders of Credit Cards who avail of as much as Rp100,000 cashback from Alfagift (Program) which is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with Alfagift as the merchant partner.

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions in the Program General Terms and Conditions.

The Program Period is valid from 1 October 2023 to 31 March 2024 (Program Period).

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. This Program applies to the following cards: Danamon Mastercard Debit Card, Danamon Credit Card bearing the Visa, Mastercard or JCB logo, but excludes Corporate Credit Cards (Cards).
  5. The cashback is valid based on the following terms and conditions:
    • Cashback worth Rp50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupiah) based on a minimum transaction worth Rp500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah), valid from 1 October 2023 to 31 October 2023.
    • Cashback worth Rp40,000 (Forty Thousand Rupiah) based on a minimum transaction worth Rp450,000 (Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupiah), valid from 1 November 2023 to 31 March 2024.
  6. Program is valid for any purchase via Alfagift app.
  7. Throughout the Program Period, this Program is valid any day, including national holidays.
  8. The maximum number of times a cashback can be obtained per card is 2x (twice) per month with a total of up to IDR100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
  9. If the Cardholder has more than 1 (one) type of Card, then the cashback applies to each Card owned by the Cardholder (including the principal and supplementary cards).
  10. Particularly for supplementary cards, the cashback will be issued to the principal card.
  11. Cashback will be issued in the form of a credit balance to the monthly bill. This will be credited by Bank Danamon no later than 60 (sixty) working days in the succeeding month.
  12. Cardholders will not be charged tax for issuance of cashback.
  13. This Program does not apply to installment transactions or transactions converted into installments.
  14. Cashback shall only be credited to cards that are in active status (not blocked nor in a state of default).
  15. The cashback cannot be transferred nor encashed.
  16. This Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  17. Upon performing transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to join the Program and comply with its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  1. The products, services and/or discounts in this program are the full responsibility of the corresponding merchant partner, and not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or discounts, please contact the concerned merchant partner directly.
  2. All transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or issuance of discounts to the customer/cardholder.
  4. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel his/her participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an inseparable unit.
  6. These Program Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services", "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards", and "Terms and Conditions General Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership”. These terms and conditions remain valid as long as these are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/complete this Program’s General Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Bank Danamon will notify the Customer within a reasonable period of time or as stipulated in applicable laws and regulations through its branch offices and/or other available communication media according to the latest data recorded at Bank Danamon. In case of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, and General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement to these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit any objections within the abovementioned time period. If the customer disagrees with these changes, he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all his/her outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  8. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints concerning banking products/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  11. These General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

    Please take necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other criminal and deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
