A. Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions for the Buy 1 Get 1 or Save up to 30% Program at BOGA Group (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) apply to participating Bank Danamon customers who are holders of Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB logos, and American Express Charge Cards excluding Corporate type cards ("Danamon Cards"). The Buy 1 Get 1 or Save up to 30% Program in Boga Group (“Program”) is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) in collaboration with Boga Group merchant partners: Shaburi, Kintan, Paradise Dynasty, Onokabe, Bakerzin, Kimukatsu, Ocean8, Pepper Lunch , Putu Made, Yakiniku Like and Sushi Kaiyo. 

B. Program Period

The validity period refers to the respective terms and conditions of each Program in point C below.

  1. The products, services and/or discounts are the full responsibility of the respective merchant partners, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or discounts, please contact the corresponding partner directly.
  2. All transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or issuance of discounts to the customer/cardholder.
  4. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel his/her participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an inseparable unit.
  6. These Program Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Account and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk” and “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Card Membership”.
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/complete this Program’s General Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Bank Danamon will notify the Customer within a reasonable period of time or as stipulated in applicable laws and regulations through its branch offices and/or other available communication media according to the latest data recorded at Bank Danamon.
  8. In case of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, and General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement to these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit any objections within the abovementioned time period. If the customer disagrees with these changes, he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all his/her outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  9. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints concerning banking products/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  12. These General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
