Save 10% at Samalona Seafood

These general terms and conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions) refer to the applicable terms and conditions for participating Bank Danamon Cardholders who avail of the 10% discount program at Samalona Seafood (Program), which is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with Samalona Seafood as the merchant partner. 

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions.

The Program is valid from 6 October 2023 until 31 October 2024 (Program Period).

  1. The Program applies to Bank Danamon customers (Cardholders) who own and perform transactions using the Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with Mastercard or GPN logo, and Danamon Credit Card and Charge Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB or American Express logo, but exclude Corporate Credit and Charge Cards (Card).
  2. All Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program is valid under the following conditions:
    • A discount of 10% (ten percent) applies based on a a minimum transaction worth IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah) before discounts, taxes and service fees.
    • The Program applies to purchase of food and beverages.
    • The Program is valid only for dine-in.
    • Throughout the Program Period, the Program is valid any day including national holidays.
    • The Program applies to either principal or supplementary Cardholders.
    • The Program does not apply to separate bills (split bills).
    • This Program is valid only for 1 (one) transaction/card/day.
    • This Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
    • This program is valid at the SAMALONA SEAFOOD restaurant located on Jl. Cok Agung Tresna No.33, Denpasar City, Bali 80324. Telephone number +62 818-170-178.
  6. Upon performing transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program.
  1. The products and/or services from merchant partners are entirely the responsibility of the respective merchant partners, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or savings, please contact the corresponding merchant partner directly.
  2. The Cardholder declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited based on Indonesia’s laws and regulations.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, deceit, transaction irregularities, unfair transactions, criminal acts of money laundering and/or other actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, then Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, block Cards, terminate the use of Cards or provide benefits, discounts or installments to the Cardholder.
  4. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel his/her participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall become an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  6. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards", "Terms and Conditions -General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership” and “General Terms and Conditions for Membership of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card”. The terms and conditions remain valid as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions..
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its available communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will consider his/her agreement to the changes if he/she fails to submit an objection within that time period. If the Cardholder disagrees with those changes, he/she has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first completing all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.


REMINDER

Beware of fraud. Cardholders should take necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other criminal and deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
