Cozy Café and Resto: Save 10%

The general terms and conditions for the Cozy Café & Resto discount program (Program General Terms and Conditions) refer to the 10% discount at Cozy Café & Resto (Program), a promotional program organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with Cozy Café & Resto as merchant partner. The Program is valid for holders of  Danamon Debit Cards, Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB and/or American Express logo as well as Danamon American Express Charge Cards, excluding corporate type credit cards (Danamon Card).

The Program is valid from 1 February 2023 until 31 January 2024 (Program Period).

  1. The cardholder is required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or cancel the cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions. The cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  3. The Program takes the form of a 10% discount for every minimum transaction worth Rp 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Rupiah) and maximum transaction worth Rp 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah), before discounts, taxes and service.
  4. The program is valid for Danamon Debit Cards, Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB and/or American Express logo, and Danamon American Express Charge Cards (Danamon Cards). The Program is not applicable for corporate credit cards.
  5. The Program applies to all food and beverages.
  6. The Program is valid only for 1 (one) transaction per day per card.
  7. The Program is applicable only for dine-in orders.
  8. hroughout the Program, the Program is valid any day including national holidays.
  9. The Program does not apply to split (separate) bills.
  10. The Program applies to holders of Danamon Cards as indicated in item #4.
  11. The Program applies to principal and/or supplementary cards.
  12. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  13. The Program is valid at Cozy Cafe & Resto outlet located at

  1. The products and/or services in this particular program are entirely the responsibility of Cozy Café & Resto as the merchant partner, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or discounts, please contact Cozy Café & Resto directly.
  2. The Cardholder declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel the transaction or provide price discount to the corresponding Cardholder.
  4. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with iits General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on Cardholder and shall become an integral part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  6. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk” and “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Card Membership”. 
  7. The cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to occasionally amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any amendments/revisions/additions to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon via its communication media. The cardholder agrees his/her acceptance to the change if he/she fails to file any objection within that period. If a cardholder disagrees to the change, he/she has the right to cancel Program participation by first settling all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).    
  8. Cardholers and/or cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority, is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  11. The General Terms and Conditions for this Program follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.


REMINDER

Be cautious of scams. Cardholders should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
