Natasha – Save up to 10%

This promotional program from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon), in collaboration with merchant partner Natasha Skin Clinic, is valid for Danamon Debit and Credit Card holders (Cardholder) who avail of up to 10% discount at Natasha Skin Clinic (Program) in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions).

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions in the Program General Terms and Conditions.


The Program is valid from 1 June 2023 until 31 May 2024 (Program Period).

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. A 5% discount (five percent) applies for purchase of creams except for oral medicine.
  5. A 10% discount (ten percent) applies for Facial Care Serum and Facial Botanical Care Peeling treatment.
  6. The program applies to the following card types (Cards): (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with the Mastercard or GPN logo; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards with the Visa, Mastercard or JCB logo, but excluding Corporate Credit Cards. 
  7. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  8. The program is valid at all Natasha Skin Clinic outlets. For the list of outlets, click here
  9. The program is valid any day including national holidays, throughout the entire Program Period.
  10. Upon performing transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program.
  1. The discounts, products and services of Natasha Clinic are entirely the responsibility of Natasha Clinic as the merchant partner, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or savings, please contact Natasha Clinic directly.
  2. All transactions do not have any indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction or savings to the Cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in this Program’s General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid and shall bind the Cardholder and become an inseparable unit.
  5. The Program’s General Terms and Conditions serve as an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services” and “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Card Membership”.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/update these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to this Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in benefits, risks, costs, general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume the Cardholder’s approval to the change in the event that he/she does not file any objection. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, then he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all of his/her outstanding obligations owed to Bank Danamon (if any). 
  7. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives may file complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id verbally or in writing.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
