Save 10% at Stark Taproom

These General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) of the 10% Discount Program at Stark Taproom ("Program") are applicable to Cardholders who participate in the organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner Stark Taproom.

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program runs from 6 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 ("Program Period").

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel customer participation in the Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  4. The Program applies to the following card types: (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with Mastercard and NPG logos; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, but does not include corporate type Credit Cards and Charge Cards ("Cards"). 
  5. The program is a discount or discount of 10% (ten percent) with minimum transaction of Rp500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah) excluding taxes and service fees, and a maximum discount of Rp250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand rupiah).
  6. The program is valid for food and beverage purchases except alcoholic beverages at Stark Taproom outlet located at Elysee Lot 21 SCBD 1st Floor, South Jakarta - 12190 Phone. 0811-9314-001.
  7. Program is valid for both primary and supplementary Cards.
  8. Program is only valid for 1 (one) transaction/Card/day.
  9. Program is valid for dine-in and take away.
  10. Program is valid every day including public holidays during the Program Period.
  11. Program is not valid for split bills.
  12. Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promos.
  13. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is considered to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Customer is valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
     
  1. The products, services and/or savings from merchant partners are not the products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon and are therefore the sole responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are problems and/or complaints related to these products, services, and/or savings, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are reports of indications of fraud, fraud and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide benefits to the Cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain in effect and bind the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Special Banking Accounts and Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Cards", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Card Membership" and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership". These terms and conditions remain in effect to the extent not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder agrees to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any). 
  7. Cardholders and/or representatives of Cardholders can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.


REMINDER

Cardholders must be careful of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising prizes in any form. All fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
