Special Price + 0% Installment up to 18 Months at OSIM

The General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") of the special price and 0% up to 18 months installment program at OSIM ("Program") apply to Danamon Debit Cardholders, Danamon Credit Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, as well as Danamon American Express Charge Cards but do not apply to corporate credit cards ("Danamon Cards") participating in the program organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with OSIM, as applicable. 

The Program Period runs from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 ("Program Period").

  1. Danamon Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel the customer's participation in this Program if the Danamon Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The program is a special price offer for the following OSIM products:
    1. uDream – Well-Being Chair 
    2. uLove 2 - Massage chair
    3. uThrone - gaming massage chair
    4. Program is valid for Danamon Debit Card and Danamon Credit Card.
  4. The program offers 0% (zero percent) installment with the following transaction details:
    1. Minimum transaction of Rp5,000,000 (five million Rupiah) for 3 (three), 6 (six), 12 (twelve) months tenor;
    2. minimum transaction of Rp8,000,000 (eight million Rupiah) for a tenor of 18 (eighteen) months; 0% installment program is valid for Danamon Credit Card holders with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos and Danamon American Express Charge Card.
  5. Program is valid every day including public holidays during the Program Period.
  6. Program is not valid for split bill.
  7. Program tidak berlaku untuk tagihan terpisah (split bill).
  8. Program cannot be combined with other promotions.
  9. By making transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is considered to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with the Program General Terms and Conditions. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. The products and services of OSIM are not the products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon and are therefore the sole responsibility of OSIM. If there are problems and/or complaints related to these products and services, please contact OSIM.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon's products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, are declared to remain in effect and bind the Cardholder and are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and "General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership".
  4. The Cardholder declares that there are no transactions that are not indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there is any reporting of indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide savings to the Cardholder.
  6. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder that are still owed to Bank Danamon.  
  8. Cardholders and/or representatives of Cardholders can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  11. These General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

Beware of fraud. Make sure the Customer is cautious and will not be deceived by individuals claiming to represent the Bank. All forms of fraud or other acts committed by other / third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of the Bank.
