Get e-Voucher up to Rp200,000 at Erha Clinic

The General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") of  the promotional program for e-Vouchers that can save up to Rp200,000 at Erha Clinic ("Program") apply to Danamon Cardholders participating in the program organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner Erha Clinic.

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

 

The Program runs from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2023 ("Program Period").

  1. Is a customer of Bank Danamon Indonesia who has (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Card with Mastercard and NPG logos; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Card and Charge Card with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos ("Cardholder").
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program..
  3. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  5. The Program applies to the following card types: (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with Mastercard and NPG logos; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, but excluding corporate type Credit Cards and Charge Cards ("Cards"). 
  6. The program applies with the following scheme:

  7. The program is valid for 1 (one) transaction/day/card and does not apply to multiples and/or split bills. 
  8. Transactions that are eligible to receive e-vouchers include doctor consultation fees, actions performed, and/or product purchases (prescription and/or over-the-counter). 
  9. E-vouchers will be given directly to the Cardholder via SMS and/or TADA application (if the Cardholder has installed the TADA application on the Cardholder's device).
  10. The use of e-voucher transactions follows the terms of ERHA Clinic, and can only be used for subsequent transactions, without a minimum transaction and cannot be cashed.
  11. The validity period of the e-voucher is up to 3 (three) months since the e-voucher is delivered to the Cardholder.
  12. This program cannot be combined with other ongoing programs at Erha Clinic.
  13. Program is valid for primary and supplementary Cards.
  14. Program is valid at ERHA clinics throughout Indonesia, klik disini for participating outlets.
  1. The products, services and/or savings from merchant partners are not the products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon so they are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are problems and/or complaints related to these products, services, and/or savings, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. The Cardholder declares that no transaction has been and will not be indicative of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are any reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide benefits to the Cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain in effect and bind the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Special Banking Accounts and Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Cards", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Card Membership" and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership". These terms and conditions remain in effect to the extent not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder agrees to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).  
  7. Cardholders and/or representatives of Cardholders can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  8. Procedures regarding Complaint services can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

REMINDER

Beware of fraud. Make sure the Customer is cautious and will not be deceived by individuals claiming to represent the Bank. All forms of fraud or other acts committed by other / third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of the Bank.
