Save Rp500,000 Shopping at Hartono Elektronik

These general terms and conditions for savings at Hartono Electronic (Program General Terms and Conditions) apply to holders of Bank Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Cards who avail of the Rp500,000 savings when shopping at Hartono Electronic (Program). This Program is organized by PT American Express Indonesia (AMEX).

The cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions.

The program is valid from 1 July 2023 until 31 December 2023 (Program Period).

  1. The cardholder is required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or cancel the cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program is valid for Danamon American Express Credit & Charge Cardholders GRCC Gold, GRCC Blue, RCP Green, RCP Gold and RCP Platinum (Card). 
  5. The Program does not apply to American Express Corporate Cards.
  6. The Program applies savings worth Rp 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah) for all payment transactions at Hartono Electronics using the Danamon American Express Card.
  7. The savings are applicable for a minimum transaction worth Rp 5,000,000 (Five Million Rupiah).
  8. The Program does not apply in multiples or combined transactions. 
  9. During the Program Period, the savings are valid only for the first 300 (three hundred) transaction (quota).
  10. The discount or savings cannot be converted into cash or other forms.
  11. The discount or savings will be automatically applied upon performing the transaction.  
  12. In the event that the quota has been achieved/reached or the Program Period has expired, cardholder cannot avail of the discount/savings.
  13. Bank Danamon exercises full authority, without prior notification, to take the necessary actions for any indications of fraud or misuse on the part of the user/cardholer.
  14. This Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  15. Upon performing transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, the cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions. 

  1. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and become an inseparable unit.
  2. These Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and "General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Card Membership".
  3. The Cardholder declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  4. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions or provide cashback to the cardholder.
  5. The cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow his/her participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  6. The cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to occasionally amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any amendments/revisions/additions to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. 
  7. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon via its communication media. The cardholder agrees his/her acceptance to the change if he/she fails to file any objection within that period. If a cardholder disagrees to the change, he/she has the right to cancel Program participation by first settling all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  8. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  9. Procedures regarding Complaint services can be accessed through the website link https://www.danamon.co.id/en/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-NasabahPT PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. The General Terms and Conditions for this Program follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

REMINDER
Be cautious of scams. Cardholders should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
