The General Terms and Conditions of the Bank Mandiri e-Money Top Up Cashback Program (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) refer to terms and conditions applicable for customers participating in the Bank Mandiri e-Money Top Up Cashback Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).
The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all provisions of the Program’s General Terms and Conditions as follows:

Nasabah Bank Danamon yang memiliki rekening tabungan Bank Danamon yang aktif yang digunakan sebagai rekening utama dalam melakukan transaksi Top Up E-Money Mandiri melalui aplikasi D-Bank PRO atau D-Bank PRO website (“E-channel Danamon”) selama Periode Program.
Valid for all Bank Danamon customers, including Bank Danamon employees and affiliates (“Customers”).
Prior to program participation, the Customer is required to read, understand and adhere to the Program’s characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions, and agree to its General Terms and Conditions.
Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
The Customer must have an active Bank Danamon savings account to perform a minimum Bank Mandiri E-Money Top Up transaction worth IDR 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) through the D-Bank PRO application or D-Bank PRO website during the Program Period (“Transaction”).
Upon performing transactions in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and shall be subject to its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Customer serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program, and agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
For Customers who perform transactions in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, he/she is entitled to receive rewards in the form of cashback ("Program Rewards") as follows:

Cashback rewards do not apply for multiples.
The transaction quota for this Program (“Program Quota”) refers to the first 4,500 (four thousand five hundred) transactions per month.
Every single (one) CIF Customer is entitled to avail of cashback only for a maximum of 3 (three) times per month during the Program Period, and as long as the Program Quota has not been reached.
Once the Program Quota has been reached, the Customer cannot avail of the Program Reward despite performing a Transaction during the Program Period.
The Customer bears fully responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.

This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”.
The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the authority to correct/amend/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any corrections/amendments/updates to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified via any communication media available at Bank Danamon. In case of changes in benefits, risks, costs, and general terms and conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement to these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit any objections within that period. If the customer does not agree to these changes, he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all his/her outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
The Customer declares that all transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the cashback reward to the customer.
The Program’s General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
REMINDER Beware of fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
