Program New FX D-Bank PRO

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDTION PROGRAM New FX D-Bank PRO 

These General Program Terms and Conditions (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who take part in the New FX D-Bank PRO Programtion (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ( “Bank Danamon”).

The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself to all provisions in the General Program Terms and Conditions as follows:

The New FX D-Bank PRO program is a program which is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) for new Bank customer (new to bank) and existing Bank customer who do not have foreign currency account or DL PRO account. The Account opening will follow General and Terms Conditions of program.

Program’s period is 6 May 2024 – 4 November 2024 (“Program’s Period”).

This program is intended for only for invited customers, with the following criteria:

  1. New To Bank (“NTB) customers which was acquired through leads and Danamon acquisition booths in Central Park.
  2. Customers who have registered with Bank Danamon who do not yet have a foreign exchange account/Danamon More Pro account and receive an invitation from the official Bank Danamon channel via Whatsapp and/or email. Customers who receive an invitation from the official Danamon channel via WhatsApp and/or email.

here in will be referred as “Customer”

  1. Before participating in the Program, Customers are required to read, understand and understand the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions of the Program and agree to General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  2. Bank Danamon has the rights to refuse or cancel Customers’s participations in programs if Customers are not able to fulfill General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  3. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with the Customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. In order to obtain Cashback Rewars, Customer must:
    1. Open account DANAMON LEBIH PRO during Program Period and
    2. Customers must do Online FX transactions at D-Bank PRO within a maximum of 7 calendar days (during the program period) since the account was opened with a minimum amount of USD 500.- (five hundred US Dollars) or the equivalent, it must be done during the Program Period ("Transaction").
  5. For Customers who open an account and make transactions in accordance with the provisions set out in General Terms and Conditions of the Program on point 3.d during the Program Period, the Customer is entitled to receive a Cashback prize ("Cashback Prize") with the following details:

  6. The cashback provisions for foreign exchange (FX) purchase transactions are not an accumulation of several transactions, cashback will only be given if the nominal transaction meets the provisions in one transaction and there is still a quota.
  7. The number of Customers who are entitled to receive a Prize is 2,160 (two thousand one hundred and sixty) Customers who first make a Transaction, with the provision of 360 (three hundred and sixty) Customers per month during the Program Period ("Program Quota").
  8. Customers will not receive Cashback Rewards if Transactions do not fulfill Program General Terms and Conditions. 
  9. Every 1 (One) Customer CIF only allowed 1 (One) time Cashback Rewards during Program’s Period. 
  10. If the Customer makes a Transaction that meets the Terms and Conditions of this Program and meets the terms and conditions of other programs, the Customer will only receive the largest prize or benefit, not cumulative.
  11. If the Customer carries out a Transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to comply with the Terms and Conditions of this Program for the Transaction which is valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to comply with it.   1. Cashback Rewards will be credited to IDR Active Saving Accounts DANAMON LEBIH PRO in Rupiah currency.
  2. Rewards will be credited maximum of 45 (forty five) days after end of month transaction’s date.
  3. In terms Customer’s account is not-active or blocked or any other conditions which lead to the rewards can’t be credited, hence customer will receive notification that credited rewards can’t be done.
  4. Customer participation in this Program is free of charge
  5. The customer is fully responsible for the tax obligations (if any) for Cashback obtained in accordance with the tax provisions applicable in Indonesia from time to time 
  1. 1st Simulation (Ideal Condition Customer get all Casback rewards): 
    1. On 13 May 2024 customer opened DL PRO account via D-Bank PRO application.
    2. Then on 17 May 2024 customer does FX transaction with the amount USD 500.- or equivalent via D-Bank PRO
    3. Customer is eligible to get Cashback Rewards amounted IDR 50,000.- which will be credited to DL PRO account, latest 15 July 2024.
  2. 2nd Simulation (Condition where customer open account and did FX Transaction more than 7 days after account opening)
    1. On 13 May 2024 customer opened DL PRO account via D-Bank PRO application.
    2. Then on 20 May 2024 customer does FX Transaction amounting USD 500.- or equivalent via D-Bank PRO
    3. Customer is not eligible to receive Cashback Rewards amounting IDR 50,000.-, because customer did FX Transaction more than 7 days after account was opened.
  3. 3rd Simulation (Condition where customer open account and did not do FX Transaction up until 7 days)
    1. On 13 May 2024 customer opened DL PRO account via D-Bank PRO application.
    2. Then up until 17 May 2024 there was no FX Transaction FX done via D-Bank PRO which is done by customer.
    3. Customer is not eligible to receive Cashback Rewards amounting IDR 50,000.-, because customer did not do FX Transaction up until 17 May 2024 via D-Bank PRO.
  4. 4th Simulation (Condition where customer open account and does FX Transaction in 7 days, however the amount less than USD 500.-)
    1. On 13 May 2024 customer opened DL PRO account via D-Bank PRO application.
    2. Then on 17 May 2024 customer does FX Transaction via D-Bank Pro amounting USD 450.- or equivalent
    3. Customer is not eligible to receive cashback IDR 50,000.-, because the FX Transaction via D-Bank PRO is less than USD 500.-.
  5. 5th Simulation (Condition: Customer opens an account before the program period and carries out FX transactions during the program period)
    1. On 30 April 2024 the customer opened a Danamon MORE PRO account via the D-Bank PRO application.
    2. On 6 May 2024 the Customer makes a transaction of USD 500.00 (five hundred United States Dollars) or equivalent via the D-Bank PRO application.
    3. Customers are not entitled to receive cashback rewards, because the account opening was carried out before the program period.
  1. Customers can submit complains regarding banking products/services verbally or writting via nearest Bank Danamon Branch Office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via Email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id which available 24/7.
  2. Procedures related with customer complain service can be accessed via website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah
  1. Products and/or services from merchants are not Bank Danamon's products and responsibility so they are entirely the responsibility of the merchant. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding the merchant's products and/or services, the customer should contact the merchant.
  2. General Terms and Conditions This program is an inseparable part of "General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services", "General Terms and Conditions for Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Transactions via D-Bank PRO", and "Terms and Conditions D-Bank PRO General Conditions”. These terms and conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak terpisahkan dari ”Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Rekening dan Layanan Perbankan Bank Danamon” dan ”Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum D-Bank PRO”. Syarat dan ketentuan tersebut tetap berlaku sepanjang tidak diatur lain dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini. 
  4. Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to improve/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified via communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon via Bank Danamon communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the change if the Customer does not submit an objection within that time period. If the Customer does not agree to these changes, the Customer has the right to cancel Program participation by first completing all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. Customer declares that there are no and there will be no transactions that are indicated as criminal acts of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted based on the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  6. If there are reports of indications of fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel Program participation, or provide Program prizes to the Customer concerned.
  7. General Terms and Conditions This program has been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  8. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and is an insurance participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

WARNING
Customers must be careful of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties that are associated with or on behalf of the Program are outside the authority of Bank Danamon.
