This
General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO Competitive FX Rate Program (“General Terms and
Conditions of Program”) is the terms and conditions that applies to the Customer that fulfilled
the requirements to participate in the Program D-Bank PRO Competitive FX Rate Program
(“Program”) held by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).
The Customer hereby agree and bind itself to all provisions under
this General Terms and Conditions as follows:
D-Bank PRO Competitive
FX Rate Program is a program held by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk
(“Bank Danamon”) for invited New to Bank customers and
Existing Bank Danamon customers (“Customer”), who did
foreign currency transaction (buy or sell) through D-Bank PRO from one
currency to another, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions
of the Program.
Program period until 31 December 2024 (“Program Period”).
Customers who are
eligible to participate in the Program are as follows:
- Customer who
have an active Danamon account during the Program Period.
- Customer who
perform transactions according to what is stated in the General
Terms and Conditions of Program.
- Customers who
have D-Bank PRO
- This Program is not valid for Bank Danamon’s employees.
Hereinafter is referred
to as “Customer”.
Nasabah dapat mengikuti
Program dengan cara berikut:
- Nasabah
memenuhi kriteria Program;
- Mengunduh
aplikasi (mobile application) D-Bank PRO melalui Playstore
(untuk Android) atau App Store (untuk iPhone) dan melakukan
transaksi pada fitur ‘Transaksi FX’ selama Periode
Program yang sesuai dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan Program di bawah
ini.
- It is mandatory
for Customer to understand the characteristics, benefits, risks,
fee, and other terms of General Term and Conditions of the
Program by reading this Program’s Terms and
Conditions.
- Bank Danamon
has the right to reject or cancel the Customer’s
participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the
General Terms and Conditions or there is any reason for such
rejection or cancellation.
- The Customer is
fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits,
and/or claims regarding the Customer’s participation in
this Program.
- The Customer is
eligible to participate in this Program with the following
conditions:
- Customer
perform buying or selling of Rupiah currency
against foreign currency or vice versa in the
‘FX Transaction” feature in D-Bank
PRO application with a minimum transaction of
USD 1,000 (one thousand Dollars) or equivalent
(“Transaction”).
- If
customer find a more competitive exchange rate
in other bank’s mobile application
compared with D-Bank PRO, customer must send
email to fx.dbankpro@danamon.co.id and must
attached:
- The
screenshot of FX transaction in
D-Bank PRO which displays the
date and time of the transaction
and
- The
screenshot of FX transaction in
other bank with minimum
transaction USD 1 (one US
Dollar) or equivalent which
displays the date and time of
the transaction.
- Maximum
time difference between FX Transaction in D-Bank
PRO and other bank’s mobile application is
5 (five) minutes.
- After
the email and attachment sent by customer to
Danamon email stated in point b, related Bank
Danamon’s PIC will validate the
transaction.
- Once
the validation is done and is agreed by related
Danamon’s PIC, Customer will get 5x rebate
from bps (basis point) difference per claim,
with maximum amount IDR1.000.000 (one million
Rupiah) per claim (“Prize”).
- Information
regarding the validation result and amount of
Prize that will be received by the eligible
customer, will be sent through email to the
customer’s registered email address in the
Bank which will be received by the customer a
maximum of 14 (fourteen) working days after the
claim email is received by the relevant
Danamon’s PIC.
- 1
(one) Customer CIF (Customer Information File)
is only entitled to get 1 (one) time Prize
during the Program Period.
- Prize
quota is 750 (seven hundred fifty) transactions
during the Program Period (“Total Prize
Quota”) or 125 (one hundred
twenty-five) transactions per month
(“Monthly Prize Quota”). If there is
no Total Prize Quota or Monthly Prize Quota left
prior to the end of the program period, then
Customer will not receive the Prize.
- By Customers
doing foreign exchange transaction in D-Bank PRO, customer is
considered to have read, understand, and agreed to join the
Program and comply with General Terms and Conditions of the
Program.
- The Foreign
Exchange Transaction that fulfills the criteria of Program shall
be included in the Program and this General Terms and Conditions
applies to such participation.
The Customer who has fulfilled
the General Terms and Conditions is entitled to get the prize as follows:
- Prize will be
credited to Customer account that is used to do FX transaction
in maximum 45 (forty-five) days after customer get confirmation
from Danamon related the PIC’s validation.
- If the
Customer’s account is inactive due to being blocked or
other conditions preventing the process of Prize credit, then
the Customer acknowledges that Prize credit cannot be
processed.
- Customer
participation in this program is free of charge and Prize tax
will be paid by Danamon.
Simulation of D-Bank PRO
Competitive FX Rate Program:
Customer A
ILLUSTRATION
On 1 November 2023, Customer A
performed FX transaction of buying USD from Rupiah in amount USD 3000 (three
thousand Dollars) via D-Bank PRO at 14:00 with rate IDR15,000 (fifteen thousand
Rupiah). Then at 14:02 Customer purchased USD 1 (one Dollar) FX Transaction via
Bank XYZ mobile banking with rate IDR14,990 (fourteen thousand nine
hundred-ninety Rupiah). Customer then send the email to Danamon Digital Banking
and attached the transaction screenshot in D-Bank PRO and in Bank XYZ.
Afterwards, PIC Danamon validated the rate and confirmed the transaction.
- Customer is
entitled to get the Prize rebate 5x with total (5 x 10 pips x
3,000) = IDR 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah) for
the FX transaction.
- Prize will be
credited to Customer IDR Account (Danamon Lebih Rupiah or
Danamon Lebih PRO Rupiah) in 45 (forty-five) working days from
December 2023 at the latest.
Customer B
ILLUSTRATION
On 1 November 2023, Customer B
performed FX transaction of buying USD from Rupiah in amount USD 5000 (five
thousand Dollars) via D-Bank PRO at 11:00 with rate IDR15,000 (fifteen thousand
Rupiah). Then at 11:03 customer purchased USD 1 (one Dollar) FX Transaction via
Bank XYZ mobile banking with rate IDR14,975 (fourteen thousand nine hundred
seventy-five Rupiah). Customer then send the email to Danamon Digital Banking
and attached the transaction screenshot in D-Bank PRO and in Bank XYZ.
Afterwards, PIC Danamon validated the rate and confirmed the transaction.
- Customer is
entitled to get the Prize rebate 5x with total (5 x 25 pips x
5,000) = IDR 625,000 (six hundred and twenty-five thousand
Rupiah) for the FX transaction.
- Prize will be
credited to Customer IDR Account (Danamon Lebih Rupiah or
Danamon Lebih PRO Rupiah) in 45 (forty-five) working days from
December 2023 at the latest.
Customer C ILLUSTRATION
– passing the time limit
On 15 November 2023, Customer C
performed FX transaction of buying USD from Rupiah in amount USD 2000 (two
thousand Dollars) via D-Bank PRO at 14:00 with rate IDR15,000 (fifteen thousand
Rupiah). Then at 14:15 customer purchased USD 1 (one Dollar) FX Transaction via
Bank XYZ mobile banking with rate IDR14,990 (fourteen thousand nine hundred and
ninety Rupiah). Customer then send the email to Danamon Digital Banking and
attach the transaction screenshot in D-Bank PRO and in Bank XYZ.
- Customer is not
entitled to get the Prize.
Customer D ILLUSTRATION
– doing FX Transaction Over the
Counter
On 15 November 2023, Customer D
performed FX transaction of buying USD from Rupiah in amount USD 8000 (eight
thousand Dollars) via D-Bank PRO at 15:00 with rate IDR14,500 (fourteen thousand
and five hundred Rupiah). Then at 15:15 customer purchased USD 1000 (one
thousand Dollar) FX Transaction via over the counter at Bank XYZ with rate
IDR14,490 (fourteen thousand four hundred and ninety Rupiah). Customer then send
the email to Danamon Digital Banking and attached the transaction screenshot in
D-Bank PRO and in Bank XYZ.
- Customer is not
entitled to get the Prize.
Customer E ILLUSTRATION
– transaction below minimum
requirement
On 1 February 2023, Customer D
performed FX transaction of buying USD from Rupiah in amount USD 500 (five
hundred Dollars) via D-Bank PRO at 11:00 with rate 15,000 (fifteen thousand
Rupiah). Then at 11:03 customer purchased USD 1 (one Dollar) FX Transaction via
over the counter at Bank XYZ with rate IDR14,490 (fourteen thousand four hundred
and ninety Rupiah). Customer then send the email to Danamon Digital Banking and
attached the transaction screenshot in D-Bank PRO and in Bank XYZ.
- Customer is not
entitled to get the Prize.
- The Customer
can submit complaint regarding Bank Danamon’s
product/services both verbally or written through nearest Bank
Danamon branch offices or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or through
email in hellodanamon@danamon.co.id that is available 24/7.
- The procedure
regarding Customer Complaint service can be accessed through
website
https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
- Other terms and
conditions related with product and/or banking services, as long
as they are not regulated differently in this General Terms and
Conditions are remain valid and binding on the Customers and
become the inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions
of the program.
- This General
Terms and Conditions is an integral part of the “General
Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts
and Banking Services”, "General Terms and Conditions of
Investment Product”, and “General Terms and
Conditions of D-Bank PRO Services”.
- The Customer
hereby agrees and admits that Bank Danamon has the right to
fix/change/complete this General Terms and Conditions from time
to time. Every change/additional point/update of this General
Terms and Conditions will be informed through communication
media available at Bank Danamon. In terms of benefit change,
risk, fee, terms and conditions according to this General Terms
and Conditions, Customer has the right to raise an objection in
written to Bank Danamon in 30 (thirty) working days after such
change beinginformed by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon
communication media. Customer agrees that Customer is deemed to
agree for that changes if the Customer did not submit the
complaint during that time period. If the Customer disagree on
such changes, then the Customer has the right to cancel the
Customer’s participation in the Program by completing all
Customer’s obligation to Bank Danamon (if
any).
- The Customer
represents that there is no transaction indicated to money
laundering crime and/or other prohibited transactions according
to the applicable law and regulations in Indonesia.
- If there is a
report regarding scam, fraud indication, and irregular
transaction, then Bank Danamon has absolut authority to cancel
the transaction, cancel the participation in the Program, and
cancel the Prize for the concerned Customer. Customer is still
obliged to pay of all obligations to Bank Danamon.
- This General
Terms and Conditions has been adapted to the provisions of laws
and regulations, including the provisions of OJK (Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan) regulations
- Bank Danamon is
licensed and supervised by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and a member
of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
- This General
Terms and Conditions of this Program is made in bilingual (in
Bahasa Indonesia and English language version). In the event
there is different meaning or interpretation between those
versions, the Bahasa Indonesia version shall prevail.
WARNING
Be careful of scams. Please ensure that the Customer is extra careful and not deceived by people acting
on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes. All forms of fraud or other acts committed by other/third
parties associated with this Program is beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
