PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
D-BANK PRO #SELALUMENGGODA VEHICLE INSURANCE CASHBACK PROGRAM
The general terms and conditions of the D-Bank PRO #SelaluMemgoda Vehicle Insurance Cashback Program (Program General Terms and Conditions) apply to participating Customers who avail of the D-Bank PRO #SelaluMenggoda Vehicle Insurance Cashback Program (Program) which is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon).
The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the provisions contained in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
The Program is valid from 13 May to 31 October 2024 (Program Period).
The customer must be able to meet and fulfill a set of criteria specified below to become eligible for Program participation.
- The customer must be an active holder of Bank Danamon savings products.
- The customer should be a registered user of the D-Bank PRO application.
- The customer should conduct transactions as regulated in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
- Bank Danamon employees may also participate in the Program.
Hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.
- Prior to participating in the Program, Customers are required to read and understand its characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions, and then agree to the Program General Terms and Conditions.
- Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow a Customer's participation in this Program or cancel issuance of rewards if he/she fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions.
- The Customer bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
- Customers who can participate in this program refer to those Danamon customers who have registered for D-Bank PRO either before or during the Program Period.
- Customers who are entitled to receive rewards must have a valid Tax Identification Number (NPWP) and/or Resident Identity Number (NIK) registered with the Bank and Tax Reporting System. In addition, he/she is required to perform transactions in accordance with the following criteria/conditions (Transactions):
- Transactions performed should be in the form of subscriptions / applications for Autocillin and/or Motopro vehicle insurance products via the D-Bank PRO application;
- Applications for vehicle insurance products must reach the policy issuance stage; and
- He/she must have no previous vehicle insurance product transaction (Autocillin and/or Motopro) via the D-Bank PRO application.
- For Customers who perform Transactions in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Program General Terms and Conditions during the Program Period, he/she is entitled to receive a cashback reward (Reward) based on the following details:

The Customer understands and agrees not to receive any reward if the Program has exceeded the quota stated above.
- A single (1) CIF Customer is entitled only to receive a reward once (one time) on Autocillin Comprehensive products, once (one time) on Autocillin Total Loss Only (TLO) products, and once (one time) on Motopro products.
- Upon performing a transaction in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and subject to its General Terms and Conditions. The transaction serves as valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and his/her agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
- Rewards will be credited to the Customer's account that was used to perform transactions no later than 30 (thirty) working days upon approval of the insurance application.
- A Customer’s participation in this Program is free-of-charge. Bank Danamon bears the cost for reward tax.
- The Customer hereby acknowledges that the Reward will not be issued in case his/her account used when performing the Transaction becomes inactive, blocked or incurs issues that hinder issuance of the Reward.
- Customers can submit verbal or written complaints, or request for more information regarding banking products/services by visiting the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, calling Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or sending an e-mail at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
- Procedures regarding Customer Complaints services can be accessed via this website link https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
- Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
- The Program General Terms and Conditions form an inseparable part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services", "General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO", "Terms and Conditions for Marketing Insurance Products Through D-Bank PRO" , "Terms and Conditions for Four-Wheeled Motor Vehicle Insurance Products - Autocillin PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk", "Terms and Conditions for Two-Wheeled Motor Vehicle Insurance Products - Motopro PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk". These terms and conditions remain valid as long as those are not otherwise regulated in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
- The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. Any changes/amendments/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its available communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will consider his/her agreement to the changes if he/she fails to submit an objection within that time period. If the Customer disagrees with those changes, he/she has the right to cancel participation in the program by first completing all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
- The Customer declares that current and future transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other similar activities that are prohibited under Indonesia’s laws and regulations.
- If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon shall exercise its right to cancel transactions and Program participation, or issuance of rewards to the corresponding Customer. All Customers remain obliged to fully settle all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
- The Program General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
REMINDER
Customers must take necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other criminal and deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
