PROGRAM GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYDAY CASHBACK 2022
(“Program General Terms and Conditions”)

D-Bank PRO Payday Cashback Program (“Program”) offered by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) provides cashback rewards for Bank Danamon customers based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.

The program implementation covers the following periods:

  1. 25 June 2022 to 1 July 2022 (“Program Period”)
  2. 25 July 2022 to 1 August 2022 (“Program Period”)
  3. 25 August 2022 to 31 August 2022 (“Program Period”)
  4. 25 September 2022 to 1 October 2022 (“Program Period”)
  5. 25 October 2022 to 31 October 2022 (“Program Period”)
  6. 25 November 2022 to 1 December 2022 (“Program Period”)
  7. 25 December 2022 to 31 December 2022 (“Program Period”)

The following customers are entitled to participate in this Program:

  1. Customers who have an active Danamon savings account during the Program Period.
  2. Customers who perform purchases/top-up transactions through the D-Bank PRO application, as stipulated in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Customers who have used the D-Bank PRO application.
  4. Bank Danamon employees who meet the participant criteria can also participate in the Program. ("Customer")
     
  1. Before participating in the Program, the Customer is required to read, understand, and comprehend the Program characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions, agree to its General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Customers are required to perform top-up transactions such as OVO/GoPay/Credit Purchases/Internet Data Packages/PLN Token Purchases through the D-Bank PRO application with a minimum nominal amount worth Rp100,000, - (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) per transaction during the coverage days of the Program Period (“Transactions”).
  3. Upon performing a transaction in accordance with the provisions as stipulated in point D.2 of the General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions. The transaction serves as valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and his/her agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The first 500 customers who perform transactions in accordance with provisions stipulated in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions during the Program Period (“Program Quota”) are entitled to avail of cashback rewards (“Payday Cashback Rewards”) with the following details:

  5. The Customer agrees to Bank Danamon’s termination of the Program once quota has been reached even before the Program Period ends.
  6. Only 1 (one) CIF Customer is entitled to a maximum of 3 (three) Payday Cashback Rewards per day during the Program Period with the following transaction combinations:
    1. Top-up OVO/GoPay (choose one); and/or
    2. Purchase Top-Up Credit/PLN token (choose one); and/or
    3. Purchase of Internet Data Packages (including Lifestyle & Disney Hotstar packs)
  7. During the Program Period, the Customer can receive Total Payday Cashback Rewards up to a maximum of Rp 42,000 (Forty Two Thousand Rupiah).
  1. The Payday Cashback Reward will be credited to the Customer's account, which was used for the transaction, on the 30th (thirtieth) of the succeeding month after the transaction is performed.
  2. The customer’s participation in this Program is free of charge. Bank Danamon will bear cost of the reward tax.

  1. Customers can submit complaints concerning banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding Customer Complaints service can be accessed through the website link https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah
  1. Any dispute resolution pertaining to the Customer who is entitled to the Payday Cashback Reward ("Winning Customer") will be carried out based on data recorded in Bank Danamon’s system.
  2. This Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of “General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Account and Banking Facilities/Services” and “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the authority to amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Changes”). For this purpose, Bank Danamon will notify the Customer within 30 Business Days or, as stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations, through Bank Danamon branch offices or other available communication media to the corresponding Customer’s residential address, email address and/or mobile phone number based on the latest data recorded at Bank Danamon.
  4. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, and general terms and conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days as of the notification of the Change by Bank Danamon. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement to the changes in the event that he/she fails to file the above objection. If the Customer does not agree to the Change, he/she has the right to close the Account and/or Service by first settling all obligations still owed to Bank Danamon.
  5. The Customer declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other Transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  6. If there are reports of indications of fraud, deceit and/or irregularities in Transactions, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel Transactions, Program participation, or provision of Payday Cashback Rewards to the corresponding Customer.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  8. Bank Danamon, registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority, is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
 
 
Reminder
Customers should beware of fraud coming from unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. Any form of fraud, deceit or other crimes committed by others/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program is beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
