QRIS TRANSACTION PROGRAM GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions of the XL 2022 Special Cashback Program (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) apply to participating Customers in the XL 2022 Special Cashback Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon") in cooperation with PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis (“Artajasa”)

The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all provisions of the Program’s General Terms and Conditions as follows:

The Special Program covers the period 1 September 2022 until 30 November 2022.

The following customers are entitled to participate in this Program:

  1. Bank Danamon customers who use their active Danamon main savings account when topping up their XL mobile load via the D-Bank PRO application or Danamon ATM (“Danamon e-channel”) during the Program Period.
  2. Valid for all employees of Bank Danamon and its affiliates.
  1. The Customer is obliged to read, understand and follow the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if he/she does not meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Customers are required to hold an active Bank Danamon savings account to purchase or Top Up XL mobile load worth a minimum of Rp 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) through the D-Bank PRO application or Bank Danamon ATMs during the Program Period ("Transactions").
  4. Upon performing a Transaction in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and shall be subject to its Terms and Conditions. The Transaction serves as valid evidence of the Customer's participation in the Program and his/her agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  5. For Customers who perform Transactions in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, he/she is entitled to receive cashback rewards ("Cashback Program") with the following details:

  7. Cashback rewards do not apply to multiples.
  8. The transaction quota for this Program (“Program Quota”) covers the initial 4,450 (four thousand four hundred and fifty) transactions per month.
  9. Each (single) CIF Customer is entitled to avail of the cashback only a maximum of 3 (three) times per month during the Regular Program Period.
  10. Once the Program Quota has been filled, the Customer cannot avail of the Program Reward even though he/she performed a Transaction during the Program Period.
  11. Customer participation in this Program is free of charge and Bank Danamon bears full responsibility for the Program Reward tax
  12. The cashback reward is credited to the Customer's active account that was used to perform Transactions on the 30th of the succeeding month.

  1. Customers can submit complaints concerning banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id
  2. Procedures regarding Customer Complaints service can be accessed through the website link https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah 
  1. The Customer bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  2. XL products and/or services are entirely the responsibility of XL, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding XL products and/or services, please contact XL Customer Services directly at 817 or visit www.xl.co.id.
  3. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services from XL, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an integral part of the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  4. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of "General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Banking Accounts and Services" and "General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO".
  5. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to occasionally amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any amendments/revisions/additions to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon via its communication media. The Customer agrees his/her acceptance to the change if he/she fails to file any objection within that period. If a Customer disagrees to the change, he/she has the right to cancel Program participation by first settling all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. The Customer declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  7. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or irregularities in transactions, Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel transactions, Program participation, or issuance of savings to the corresponding Customer.
  8. The Program’s General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.
  9. Bank Danamon, which is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority, is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

REMINDER
Customers should take precautions against possible fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. Fraud and other crimes committed by other/third parties associated with or on behalf of this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
