These Program General Terms and Conditions (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) apply to participating Customers in the QRIS TRANSACTION CASHBACK Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon ")

The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all provisions of the Program’s General Terms and Conditions as follows:

The Program covers the period 1 September 2022 until 31 January 2023 (“Program Period”).

The following customers are entitled to participate in this Program:

  1. Bank Danamon customers who hold an active Danamon savings account during the Program Period.
  2. Customers who perform transactions as stipulated in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The program also applies to Bank Danamon employees who satisfy criteria for participation ("Customers").
  1. The Customer is obliged to read, understand and follow the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if he/she does not meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Customer bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Customers are required to perform transactions through the D-Bank PRO application according to the minimum nominal amount per transaction determined by each of the participating partners that cooperates with Bank Danamon during the Program Period (“Transaction”).
  5. Upon performing a Transaction in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and shall be subject to its Terms and Conditions. The Transaction serves as valid evidence of the Customer's participation in the Program and his/her agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  6. For Customers who perform Transactions within the limited time/slots and in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions during the Program Period ("Program Quota"), he/she is entitled to get a Cashback reward ("Cashback Reward") with the following details :






    Cashback 30% (up to Rp15.000) with min. transaction Rp50.000

  8. Once the Program Quota has been filled even prior to the end of the Program Period, the Customer agrees that there will not be any Discount Reward according to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  9. 1 (one) CIF Customer is entitled only to:
    Up to a maximum of 5 (five) Cashback Rewards during the Program Period
  1. The Cashback Reward will be credited to the Customer's account which was used to perform Transactions on the 30th (thirtieth) of the succeeding month.
  2. Customer participation in this Program is free of charge and Bank Danamon bears full responsibility for Reward tax.

  2. Procedures regarding Customer Complaints service can be accessed through the website link 
  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products, services, and/or transactions, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer, and shall become an inseparable unit.
  2. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of "General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Banking Accounts and Services" and "General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO". The terms and conditions remain in effect as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to occasionally amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any amendments/revisions/additions to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon via its communication media. The Customer agrees his/her acceptance to the change if he/she fails to file any objection within that period. If a Customer disagrees to the change, he/she has the right to cancel Program participation by first settling all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  5. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or irregularities in transactions, Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel transactions, Program participation, or issuance of Program rewards to the corresponding Customer.
  6. The Program’s General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.
  7. Bank Danamon, which is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority, is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation

Customers should take precautions against possible fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. Fraud and other crimes committed by other/third parties associated with or on behalf of this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
