Program D-Billink

The Danamon D-BilLink Participant Acquisition Program of 2022 (“Program”) is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) for ecosystem owners who are users of the Danamon D-BilLink service based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.

This program is valid from 1 March 2022 until 31 Desember 2022 (“Program Period”)

C. Ketentuan Peserta

This Program is only for new Bank Danamon corporate customers who are also registered as an ecosystem owner and registers as a Danamon D-BilLink Service user during the Program Period (“Participant”).

  1. The Participant must read, understand and agree to the Program terms and conditions before participating.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel entries of Participants who do not meet the Program terms and conditions.
  3. To join the program, the Participant must first register as a new user of the Danamon D-BilLink Services during the program period.
  4. Participants must agree to the Program General Terms and Conditions by signing and submitting the Program General Terms and Conditions to Bank Danamon. By signing the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Participant is considered to have read and understood the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other requirements of the Program and are bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. There are two (2) Program schemes for the Participant to choose from and join. The schemes are as follows:
    1. The Opening of a new Ecosystem Member Account and Auto Debit for Bill Payments via D-BilLink Service Program, with the following conditions:
      1. To participate in this program, the Participant must be a member of an ecosystem that have newly opened an account at Bank Danamon (“New to Bank Ecosystem Member” or “NTB Ecosystem Member”) and perform at least 1 auto debit transaction for bill payment in the newly opened Bank Danamon account through the D-BilLink Service (“Auto Debit Transaction”) during the Program Period (“New Account and Auto Debit Program”)     
      2. This New Account and Auto Debit Program does not have specific requirements with regards to the type of account that needs to be opened by the NTB Ecosystem Member.
      3. Accounts that can be entered by the Participant for the New Account and Auto Debit Program must be accounts that are newly opened by an NTB Ecosystem Member which has been used for an Auto Debit Transaction during the Program Period without any minimum amount for transaction.  
      4. The New Account and Auto Debit Program does not apply if the Participant enters an account previously opened by an ecosystem member prior to the Program Period.
      5. A Participant who has a minimum of one hundred (100) NTB Ecosystem Members (applicable in multiples of 100) who open a Bank Danamon Account and makes an Auto Debit Transactions is entitled to receive a gift in the form of one (1) laptop unit awarded by Bank Danamon to the Participant (“Main Prize”) 
      6. If the Participant has over 200 NTB Ecosystem Members (applicable for every addition of 100 NTB Ecosystem Members) who opens a new Bank Danamon Account and Auto Debit Transaction, hence the Participant is entitled to an additional prize in the form of vouchers worth Rp500,000.- (“Additional Prize”)
      7. The Main Prize and Additional Prize will collectively be referred to as “New Account and Auto Debit Program Prize”
      8. The maximum total amount that a Participant may obtain from the New Account and Auto Debit Program Prize during the Program Period is one (1) laptop unit and vouchers worth Rp.1,500,000.- 
    2. D-BilLink Bill Payment Transaction Program using an Ecosystem Member’s Virtual Escrow Account (“Virtual Transaction Program”) with the following conditions: 
      1. To participate in the Virtual Transaction Program, the Participant must have at least one hundred (100) bill payment transactions D-BilLink through Ecosystem Members’ Virtual Escrow Accounts with a minimum total amount of Rp10,000,000.- over the maximum duration of three (3) months during the Program Period in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions (“Virtual Transaction Program”). 
      2. Ecosystem Members who transact using virtual accounts do not need to open an account with Bank Danamon.
      3. There is no minimum amount for Ecosystem Members to fulfill in making Virtual Account Transactions.  
      4. Participants who have a minimum of one hundred (100) Virtual Account Transactions with minimum total amount of Rp10,000,000.- within a maximum period of three (3) months within the Program Period is entitled to a prize in the form of one (1) voucher worth RP500,000.- to be awarded by Bank Danamon. (“Gift Voucher”). 
      5. If the Participant manages to have more than 200 Virtual Account Transactions, the Participant is entitled to get an additional voucher worth Rp.500,000.- (“Additional Gift Voucher”)
      6. Gift Vouchers and Additional Gift Vouchers are collectively referred to as “Virtual Program Rewards”.
      7. The maximum total Virtual Program Prizes that can be obtained by Participants during the Program Period amount is of Rp2,500,000.-
  6. Participants are allowed to participate in only one of the offered Program schemes.
  7. If the participant simultaneously meets the criteria for both Program schemes during the Program Period, both calculation and awarding process will be based on the first qualified Program scheme. 
  8. During the Program Period, Bank Danamon has a quota of 75 (seventy five) laptops and 75 (seventy five) vouchers (“Account Opening and Auto Debit Program Reward Quota”).
  9. Bank Danamon has a Virtual Program Reward quota of 200 (two hundred) vouchers during the Program Period (“Virtual Program Reward Quota”).
  10. In the event that the Reward Quota for the Account Opening and Auto Debit Program and Virtual Program Reward Quota has been reached prior to the end of the Program Period, the Participant will not receive the reward despite an additional NTB Ecosystem Member from the Participant who opens a new account at Bank Danamon or there is an increase in the number of Virtual Account Transactions. during the Program Period 
     
     
These are the conditions for issuance of Account Opening Program Rewards and Autodebit and Virtual Program Rewards (“Rewards”).
  1. Rewards will be sent to Participants within a maximum of 2 months from end of the Program Period.
  2. The voucher is valid for 1 year from the end of the Program Period.
  3. Rewards will be delivered to the Participant's address recorded in Bank Danamon’s system. Hence, participants are required to constantly update their respective data at Bank Danamon system, including residential address (full address consisting of house number, sub-district, district, province and postal code) and active mobile phone number.
  4. If Bank Danamon is unable to deliver the Reward due to incomplete address or outdated data, the Reward will be sent to the Danamon branch where the Participant registered the Program and where he/she can personally claim the Reward.
  5. The laptop type and/or color is based on availability. Bank Danamon does not entertain special requests for color, size, upgrade, exchange or other specifications. 
  6. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. Bank Danamon does not serve as the guarantor of the laptop obtained by the Participant under this Program. Therefore, issues or complaints related to quality/condition of the Reward must be addressed directly to the laptop manufacturer. 
  8. Participants must inspect the Rewards upon acceptance. For any damage/defect on the received Reward (due to manufacturing/shipping), the Participant may report no later than 1 (one) business day upon acceptance of the Reward to the Bank Danamon branch where the Reward was claimed for follow-up by the Digital Business Unit. Complaints filed beyond the prescribed period must be referred directly to the brand manufacturer. 
  9. Participants are not entitled to claim the prize after 100 (one hundred) calendar days from end of the Program Period. An unclaimed Reward after the prescribed period nullifies the Participant’s rights and will become the rights of Bank Danamon.

    Participant A avails of a Reward in the form of 1 (one) laptop because the Participant member opens a Danamon account and auto-debit transaction during the Program Period. 
    Participant B avails of a Reward in the form of 1 (one) laptop unit and a voucher worth Rp 500,000 because Participant member opens a Danamon account and auto-debit transaction during the Program Period. 
    Participant C has the opportunity to avail of a Reward because Participant member opens a Danamon account during the Program Period; if the number of auto-debit transactions performed during the Program Period reaches a minimum of 100 (one hundred) transactions, he/she is entitled to 1 (one) laptop unit and additional voucher reward, if over 200 (two hundred) transactions. 
    Participant D is not entitled to receive a Reward in the form of 1 (one) laptop unit and a voucher worth Rp 500,000 because Participant member opens a Danamon account and performs an auto-debit billing transaction beyond the Program Period

    • Participant A avails of a Reward in the form of 1 (one) voucher worth Rp 500,000 because the Ecosystem member performs a bill payment transaction with a virtual holding account with the amount and nominal based on the provisions during the Program Period.
    • Participant B avails of a Reward in the form of 2 (two) vouchers worth Rp 500,000 because the Ecosystem member performs a bill payment transaction with a virtual escrow account with the amount and nominal based on the provisions during the Program Period. 
    • Participant C avails of a Reward in the form of 5 (five) vouchers worth Rp 500,000 because the Ecosystem member performs a bill payment transaction with a virtual holding account with the amount and nominal based on the provisions during the Program Period.
    • Participant D is not entitled to avail of a Reward in the form of 2 (two) vouchers worth Rp 500,000 because the Ecosystem member performs a bill payment transaction with a virtual escrow account beyond the Program Period.
     

1. The Program has no fees.
2. Taxes on Incentive Rewards and Additional Rewards received by Participants are borne by Bank Danamon.

  1. Any dispute regarding the decision for Participant Reward recipient ("Winning Participant") will be resolved based on data recorded in Bank Danamon’s system.
  2. If there are reported indications of fraud/transaction irregularities after issuance of the Reward, Bank Danamon has the right to invalidate the Winning Participant.
  3. In case of a discrepancy in calculation caused by data differences between the Participant and Bank Danamon, the applicable data shall refer to data contained in Bank Danamon’s system.
  4. If any discrepancy is determined regarding this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, the Participant is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon or email dbillink.support@danamon.co.id
  5. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Facilities/Services” and “General Terms and Conditions for D-BilLink Services”.
  6. Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon has the authority to amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions (“Changes”).
  7. For this purpose, Bank Danamon will notify Participants within 30 Business Days or as stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations through Bank Danamon branch offices or other communication media to Participants’ respective residential address, email address and/or mobile phone number registered at Bank Danamon’s system.
  8. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, and general terms and conditions, the Participant has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon. The Participant agrees that Bank Danamon will consider his/her agreement to the change in case he/she fails to file any objection. If Participant disagrees with the change, the Customer has the right to close the Danamon D-Billink Account and/or Service by first settling all obligations still owed to Bank Danamon.
  9. All transactions do not have any indication of money laundering (TPPU) nor other prohibited transactions.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, an LPS guarantee participant, is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority
     

  1. Participants can submit complaints regarding Participant dissatisfaction with the Program via Hello Danamon 1-500-090 (GSM) or e-mail hellodanamon@danamon.co.id which will then be forwarded to dbillink.support@danamon.co.id

Be careful of scams. Please exercise caution and do not be deceived by unauthorized persons acting on behalf of the Bank. All forms of fraud or other acts committed by others/third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
