GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

NEW CUSTOMER DIRECT REWARD PROGRAM   

D-BANK REGISTRATION 2022 – DIGITAL ACQUISITION PROGRAM 

PT BANK DANAMON INDONESIA Tbk 

(“Program General Terms and Conditions”)


This Digital Acquisition Program refers to the terms and conditions for customers participating in the Direct Reward Program for New Customers of D-Bank Registration 2022 – Digital Acquisition Program (“Programme ”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”). 

The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all provisions of the Program’s General Terms and Conditions as follows:

The Program is valid from 1 September 2022 until 28 February 2023 (“Program Period”)

This program is valid only for prospective customers who, without any existing Bank Danamon savings account, open an account at Bank Danamon through the application or D-Bank registration page ("Customer").

  1. To participate, the Customer must read and understand the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the authority, at any time, to refuse/cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if he/she fails to meet its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Customers are required to input the Program’s special code, specifically CRM001 – CRM300, in the referral code column during the registration process of the D-Bank Registration application or website.
  4. The Customer forfeits the reward for failure to input the special code in the referral code column in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Customers are required to open a Danamon Save account or Danamon Save iB account with a Mudharabah (sharia) contract during the Program Period.
  6. By entering the special code in the referral code column upon opening a Danamon Save or Danamon Save iB account with a Mudharabah contract through the application or D-Bank Registration page, participating in the Program during the Customer data verification process via video call, and activating the D-Bank Pro application, depositing funds, maintaining an average total balance and performing transactions with the frequency and payment method based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and shall be subject to its General Terms and Conditions. Opening the account, entering the special code, accepting the video call and approving customer data verification process, activating D-Bank Pro application, depositing funds, maintaining average total balance, and conducting transactions with the frequency and payment method based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions serve as valid evidences of the Customer's participation in this Program.
  7. For customers who successfully open a Danamon Save or Danamon Save iB account with Mudharabah contract through the D-Bank Registration application, it is MANDATORY to activate the D-Bank Pro application no later than 7 (seven) calendar days from the time the account was opened.

    Maintain a minimum average balance with the following conditions:

    • Tier 1: Rp1.000.000,- (One Million Rupiah)
    • Tier 2: Rp2.000.000,- (Two Million Rupiah)
    • Tier 3: Rp3.000.000,- (Three Million Rupiah)

     

    The calculation of the customer's average balance refers to the total average balance of online savings and deposit accounts for 30 (thirty) calendar days from account opening.

    • Rp100.000,- (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) (Tier 1)
    • Rp200.000,- (Two Hundred Thousand Rupiah) (Tier 2)
    • Rp300.000,- (Three Hundred Thousand Rupiah) (Tier 3)

    Transaction

    Bank Danamon Debit Card/QRIS Bank Danamon/Direct Debit Bank Danamon/Adira Finance credit installment payment through a Danamon Save or Danamon Save iB account with the following conditions:

    • Minimum 5 (five) transactions per month

    • ·• Minimum transaction worth Rp 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupiah) per transaction

  10. Specifically for the Average Balance Program Scheme, the provisions of funds included in this Program refer to fresh funds, namely (i) funds deposited in cash through Bank Danamon branch offices; or (ii) funds transferred to a savings account which has been opened by the Customer originating from an account aside from Bank Danamon. Afterwards, the Customer is required to maintain the total average balance of the savings and online deposit accounts according to the tier worth a minimum of Rp 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah) on the Balance Check Date based on the Account Opening Date as illustrated below:

  12. Specifically for the Transaction Program Scheme, Customers who successfully open a Danamon Save or Danamon Save iB account with a Mudharabah contract through the D-Bank Registration application are REQUIRED to perform transactions via Bank Danamon Debit Card, QRIS payments on the D-Bank Pro Application, Bank Danamon Direct Debit, or Adira Finance credit installment payments through a Danamon Save or Danamon Save iB account with a Mudharabah (sharia) contract, 5 (five) times with a minimum nominal value worth Rp 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupiah) per transaction, for the first 3 (three) months since opening of the account. The following table illustrates the account opening month and transaction month for this Program:

  14. The Customer agrees that if the return on the placement of funds in the Danamon Save and Danamon Save iB accounts with the Mudharabah contract exceeds the yield on the maximum interest rate/profit sharing set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation, then the Deposit Insurance Corporation cannot guarantee the placement of these funds. Rewards received by the Customer are also calculated as a component of the maximum interest rate/profit sharing guarantee. Customers can determine the maximum change in the guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branch offices or through Hello Danamon.
  15. This Program cannot be combined with other Bank Danamon acquisition programs.

Customer A opened an account on 1 September 2022, and maintained an average total balance worth Rp 3,000,000 (Three Million Rupiah) for 30 (thirty) calendar days from date of account opening. In addition, Customer A performed 5 (five) QRIS Bank Danamon transactions with a nominal transaction worth Rp 100,000, - (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) per transaction in September 2022, October 2022 and November 2022.

Customer B opened an account on 1 October 2022 and maintained an average total balance worth Rp 2,000,000 (Two Million Rupiah) for 30 (thirty) calendar days since opening the account. In addition, Customer B only performed 3 (three) transactions with Bank Danamon Debit Card with a transaction nominal worth Rp. 100,000, - (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) per transaction in October 2022 and November 2022, then 5 (five) QRIS Bank Danamon transactions with a nominal value worth Rp 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) per transaction in December 2022.

  • Average Balance Scheme Reward: Rp 200.000,-
  • Transaction Scheme Reward: Rp 50.000,- (December Transaction)
  • Total Reward: Rp 250.000,-

Customer C opened an account on 1 October 2022 and maintained an average total balance worth Rp 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah) for 30 (thirty) calendar days since opening the account. In addition, Customer C performed 3 (three) Bank Danamon Debit Card transactions with a transaction nominal worth Rp 100,000, - (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) per transaction in October 2022, November 2022 and December 2022.

  • Average Balance Scheme Reward: Rp 100.000,-
  • Transaction Scheme Reward: Not entitled to reward
  • Total Reward: Rp 100.000,-

Customer D opened an account on 1 November 2022 and maintained an average balance worth Rp 700,000 (Seven Hundred Thousand Rupiah) for 30 (thirty) calendar days since opening the account. In addition, Customer D performed 5 Bank Danamon QRIS transactions with a nominal transaction worth Rp 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) per transaction in November 2022, December 2022 and January 2023.

  • Average Balance Scheme Reward: not entitled to reward
  • Transaction Scheme Reward: Rp 150.000,-
  • Total Reward: Rp 150.000,-

Customer E opened an account on 1 December 2022 and maintained an average balance worth Rp 900,000 (Nine Hundred Thousand Rupiah) for 30 (thirty) calendar days since opening the account. Customer E did not perform transactions in December 2022, January 2023 and February 2023.

  • Not Entitled to Reward
  1. The reward takes the form of a cashback (“Program Reward”) for opening Danamon Save and Danamon Save iB Mudharabah accounts.
  2. Customers who meet the Program Terms and Conditions indicated above are entitled to avail of Program Rewards according to the Program Scheme
  3. Each Reward in the form of cashback will be credited to the Customer's account that was opened in connection with his/her participation in this Program
  4. The Average Balance Program Reward will be issued no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Average Balance Check Date
  5. The Transaction Reward will be issued no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the last day of the month when the transaction was performed
  6. Reward tax will be borne by Bank Danamon.

  1. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services”, “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Syariah Accounts and Services”, “Terms and Conditions General D-Bank Registration”, “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Debit Card” and “General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank Pro”.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid, and shall bind the Customer and become an inseparable unit.
  3. The Customer declares that transactions do not have indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  4. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, program participation or issuance of rewards to the corresponding Customer.
  5. The Customer is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon in case of any discrepancy regarding this Program or possible occurrence of fraud.
  6. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions anytime. Any amendments/revisions/additions to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified through Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon Bank Danamon’s notification of the change through its communication media. The Customer agrees that he/she is deemed to have agreed to the change if any objection is not filed within that period. If the Customer disagrees with the change, he/she has the right to cancel participation by first completing all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. The Program’s General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.

REMINDER
Customers should take extra precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All types of fraud or other illegal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or on behalf of this Program are beyond Bank Danamon’s authority.
