Program NTP Deal 2022

The General Terms and Conditions of the NTP Deal 2023 Program (Program General Terms and Conditions), which apply to Customers participating in the NTP Deal 2023 Program (Program) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ( Bank Danamon), forms an integral and inseparable part of the NTP Deal 2023 Program Participation Form (Form).

The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions. 

The Program period starts from 1 July until 30 September 2023 (Program Period).

Customers who wish to participate in this Program must meet the following criteria:

  1. The customer must have a savings account, classified as an active single account status. Accounts which are joint ("or" and "and") passive (dormant) account, as well as Sharia Savings products are not eligible.
  2. The customer does not have deposit products, ideal savings, mutual funds, bonds, and/or structured products for the last 12 (twelve) months prior to program participation. For mutual fund and bond products in particular, this also applies to customers who have products, but have not made any transaction within the last 12 (twelve) months of his/her participation in this Program.
    Note:
    The intended mutual fund and bond products exclude: (i) money market and Danamon Regular Investment Plan (DRIP) for mutual fund products; and (ii) purchase of retail bonds in the primary market for bond products.

 

  1. To participate in this Program, the Customer should read, accept, understand and agree to its corresponding General Terms and Conditions which are included in a Form that he/she must accomplish and sign as part of his/her registration.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Customer bears fully responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The customer is required to open or perform a purchase transaction involving one or more of the following types of products:
    1. TIME DEPOSIT AND/OR CITA2KU SAVINGS PRODUCT 
      1. Opening a time deposit product worth minimum of IDR 50,000,000 (Fifty Million Rupiah).
      2. A newly opened time deposit product must come from fresh funds, specifically (i) funds deposited in cash through Bank Danamon branch offices; or (ii) funds transferred to the customer's Bank Danamon account which originates from a different bank account (not Bank Danamon). Funds included in this Program are considered fresh funds if there are additional funds to the baseline. Fresh funds must be equal to or more than the nominal deposit and placement of funds in the account for participation in this Program. Fresh funds are calculated as follows:
        Balance for the current month:  : Savings Balance + Current Account + Time Deposit + Investment Balance 
        Baseline:  : Savings Balance + Current Account + Time Deposit + Investment Balance at the end of the previous month 
      3. For a newly opened time deposit product, a minimum tenor of 6 (six) months.
      4. In the event that the Customer withdraws/closes a time deposit product prior to the specified tenor, he/she will be subject to a penalty in accordance with each product’s applicable terms and conditions. 
      5. Valid only for opening a first-ever time deposit product and upon fulfilling the Program General Terms and Conditions.
      6. Valid only for opening products in Rupiah currency.
    2. MUTUAL FUNDS AND/OR BOND PRODUCTS
      1. Purchase transactions for mutual fund products and/or bonds with a minimum net worth IDR 50,000,000 (Fifty Million Rupiah).
      2. Purchase of mutual fund and/or bond products are valid only for transactions with a service fee (fee) of at least 1% (one percent) which will be calculated in this Program 
      3. Purchase of mutual fund and bond products exclude: (i) money market mutual funds and the Danamon Regular Investment Plan (DRIP) for mutual funds; and (ii) purchase of retail bonds in the primary market for bond products. 
      4. If investment transactions are performed on products in foreign currencies, the minimum investment transaction nominal is calculated using the prevailing exchange rate in the Bank Danamon system at the time the transaction occurs which therefore equals to IDR 50,000,000 (Fifty Million Rupiah) net. 
      5. Valid only for first-ever purchase of mutual fund and/or bond products and upon fulfilling the Program General Terms and Conditions. 
    3. STRUCTURED PRODUCTS
      1. Purchase transactions of Market Linked Deposit (MLD) and/or Dual Currency Investment (DCI) with a net minimum worth equivalent to IDR 50,000,000 (Fifty Million Rupiah). 
      2. Purchases of Market Linked Deposit (MLD) products are valid only for transactions with a minimum service fee (fee) of 1.5% p.a (one point five percent per annum) and tenor of 6 (six) months which will be calculated in this Program. 
      3. A purchase of Dual Currency Investment (DCI) products is valid only for transactions with a minimum service fee (fee) of 3% p.a (three percent per annum) and tenor of 1 (one) month which will be calculated in this Program. 
      4. If investment transactions are performed on products in foreign currencies, the minimum investment transaction nominal is calculated using the prevailing exchange rate in the Bank Danamon system at the time the transaction occurs which therefore equals to IDR 50,000,000 (Fifty Million Rupiah) net. 
      5. Valid only for first-ever purchase of structured products and upon fulfilling the Program General Terms and Conditions.
    4. BANCASSURANCE PRODUCTS 
      1. The minimum net purchase transaction for Bancassurance products is worth IDR 50,000,000 (Fifty Million Rupiah).
      2. Bancassurance product purchases are valid only for Regular Premium purchase transactions with annual premium payments.
      3. Bancassurance Regular Premium Unit Link (RPUL) products that are calculated in this program:
        • Proteksi Prima Emas Plus (PPEP)
        • Proteksi Prima Masa Depan (PPMD)
        • Proteksi Prima Sehat Golbal (PPSG) 
        • Proteksi Prima Pendapatan Berencana (PPPB) 
        • Valid only for first-ever purchase of bancassurance products and upon fulfilling the Program General Terms and Conditions.
        • Other terms and conditions regarding Bancassurance products are subject to the general terms and conditions of the Bancassurance program which are regulated separately.
    5. KPM PRIMA PRODUCTS
      1. Purchase transactions for KPM Prima products with a minimum principal worth Rp 150,000,000 (One Hundred Fifty Million Rupiah).
      2. Valid only for first-ever purchase of KPM Prima products and upon fulfilling the Program General Terms and Conditions.
      3. Application, approval and disbursement of KPM Prima must be in the same month as the participation in the Program.
      4. Both submission mechanism and document requirements for submitting the KPM Prima credit facility refer to the applicable terms and conditions for granting credit facilities at Adira Finance. 
      5. The application process, including the analysis process for KPM Prima products, remains the authority of Adira Finance. Therefore, Bank Danamon is not responsible for Adira Finance's decision regarding the KPM Prima credit application submitted by the customer. 
      6. KPM Prima is a product of Adira Finance whereby its marketing is carried out in collaboration with Bank Danamon. Since this is not a product and responsibility of Bank Danamon, the responsibility for KPM Prima products rests solely on Adira Finance. 
  5. This program cannot be combined with other programs.
  1. Based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer agrees not to be entitled to the Cashback reward if he/she fails to fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Customers who take part in the Program and fulfill its General Terms and Conditions are entitled to receive the following rewards in the form of cashback (Cashback Rewards) based on the number of product types first-ever opened/purchased.

  3. Cashback rewards, specifically for time deposits, mutual funds, bonds and structured products, will be credited to the Customer's account listed on the Form no later than 45 (forty five) working days from the date of transaction (opening/purchasing/subscribing) for time deposits, mutual funds, bonds and structured products that have been selected by the Customer, and successfully implemented and recorded in the Bank Danamon system.
  4. Cashback rewards, specifically for the Cita2ku savings product, will be credited in installments to the Customer's account listed on the Form no later than 45 (forty five) working days from the last date of the first (1st), fourth (4th), seventh (7th) and tenth (10th) month upon opening the Cita2ku savings product, provided that the Customer has successfully debited the deposit every month according to the tenor. 
  5. If an investment transaction is performed on a product using USD (United States Dollar) currency, the Cashback reward will be credited in Rupiah based on applicable prevailing exchange rate at the Bank Danamon system during the time of crediting the Cashback reward. The Cashback reward will be credited to the Customer's active savings account in Rupiah as stated on the Form.
  6. The Customer understands and agrees that if this Cashback reward generates a value exceeding or above the maximum guarantee interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation, then it will not be included in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee. Rewards received by the Customer are also calculated as a component of the maximum interest rate/guarantee profit sharing. Customers can determine changes in the maximum guarantee interest rate through Bank Danamon branch offices or through Hello Danamon..
  7. Tax for Cashback reward is borne by Bank Danamon.

    1. Customer A receives a Cashback reward from a Time Deposit that has been opened according to the purchase of 1 (one) product.
    2. Customer B receives Cashback rewards from Time Deposit and Bonds which are opened according to the purchase of 2 (two) products.
    3. Customer C does not receive a Cashback reward from an opened Time Deposit. Customer C, however, receives Cashback rewards from Mutual Funds and Bonds which have been opened according to the purchase of 2 (two) products.
    4. Customer D receives Cashback rewards from Time Deposit, Cita2Ku Savings, Mutual Funds and Bonds which have been opened according to the purchase of 4 (four) products.
    5. Customer E receives Cashback rewards from Time Deposit, Cita2ku Savings, Bonds, Mutual Funds and Structured Products which have been opened according to a 5 (five) product scheme..

  1. The process of verification and approval for opening/purchasing products shall remain under the full authority of Bank Danamon.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an integral part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The terms and conditions of each product and/or service related to investment products refer to applicable provisions at Bank Danamon.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days starting from the date of notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement and compliance with these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit objections within that period. If the Customer disagrees to these changes, then he/she has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). 
  5. The Customer states that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  6. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, program participation, or issuance of rewards to the corresponding customer.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions for this Program follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  8. Customers can submit verbal or written complaints about banking products/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

REMINDER

Customers should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
