Honda - Up to Rp4.6 million total installment discount

These General Terms and Conditions ("Program General Terms and Conditions") apply to customers who participate in the Car Ownership Credit (KPM) Prima Program ("Program") offered by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk ("Adira Finance").

KPM Prima is a financing product for new or used passenger cars, commercial cars, premium motorcycles (motorcycles with OTR > 100 million or CC > 500), non-premium motorcycles (motorcycles outside the criteria of premium motorcycles) and vespas offered to Bank Danamon customers managed by Adira Finance, a subsidiary of Bank Danamon.

In collaboration with Honda Motor, KPM Prima offers low down payment and lower installment for Beat, Genio, Scoopy, Vario, PCX, ADV, Revo, Supra, Sonic, CB150, CBR150, CRF, CBR, Forza, Super Cub, CT125, Monkey 125, and ST125 motorcycle series for Bank Danamon customers.

The program is only valid for purchases at partner dealers, PT Putera Persada Nusantara (Putera Group). Program is valid for the Jakarta and Tangerang area.

The program period runs from 3 August to 31 December 2023 ("Program Period")

  1. Monthly installments from as low as Rp300,000 (depending on vehicle model)
  2. Total installment discount of up to Rp4,600,000 (for certain models)
  3. Applications submitted through D-Bank PRO, which will then be redirected to Adira Finance's momotor.id website, will receive E-Money with a total balance of Rp200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah). The process for obtaining E-Money can be seen in section VI Terms and Conditions of E-Money with a total balance of Rp200,000.

The criteria for customers who can apply for this KPM Prima financing product are as follows:
  1. Bank Danamon customers who have savings products with active status.
  2. The customer is an Indonesian citizen.
  3. The type of work of the customer is an employee, professional or entrepreneur.
  4. Length of employment: 
    • Employee at least 1 (one) year in the same company.
    • Professional at least 2 (two) years.
    • Self-employed at least 2 (two) years.
  5. Minimum age of 21 (twenty-one) years old or married. 
  6. Maximum age until the end of tenor is 55 (fifty five) years old.
  7. Passed the Financial Information Service System (SLIK) check of the Financial Services Authority and not included in the National Black List of Bank Indonesia.
  8. The application mechanism and document requirements for the KPM Prima credit facility refer to the terms and conditions for granting credit facilities applicable to Adira Finance. 
  9. The application process including the KPM Prima product analysis process is under the authority of Adira Finance, so Bank Danamon is not responsible for Adira Finance's decision regarding the KPM Prima credit application submitted by the Customer.
  10. KPM Prima is a product of Adira Finance that is marketed in collaboration with Bank Danamon, therefore this product is not a product and responsibility of Bank Danamon. The responsibility of KPM Prima product is entirely the responsibility of Adira Finance.
  11. The terms and conditions and documents required for KPM Prima application refer to the provisions applicable to Adira Finance.

Vehicle prices and installments may vary according to each region.
For information on interest rates, vehicle prices, installments, financing terms, down-payments, admin fees, vehicle fees, and insurance, please contact your Relationship Manager (RM) or visit the nearest Bank Danamon branch.
  1. The customer must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The customer is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the customer's participation in this Program.
  4. The program is valid for customers who apply for KPM Prima Motor through the D-Bank PRO banner from 1 August 2023 to 31 May 2024 and the application has been approved and realized no later than 30 June 2024.
  5. The recipient of E-Money with a balance of Rp200,000 will be determined based on the reconciliation report between the Momotor.id Team and other relevant Adira Finance internal teams.
  6. The process of sending E-Money with a balance of Rp200,000:
    • E-Money with a balance of Rp200,000 will be given in physical form in approximately 30 working days to the customer's home address after the customer confirms that the first installment has been paid according to the applicable provisions and there is no delay.
    • If the customer does not pay off or there is a delay in paying the first installment, the customer is not entitled to get E-Money.
    • E-Money will be sent by the Vendor Team that has been registered with Adira Finance.
    • This promo in the form of E-Money with a balance of Rp200,000 cannot be combined with other Momotor.id promos
  7. By submitting the KPM Prima Motor application from D-Bank PRO which will then be transferred to Adira Finance's momotor.id website, the Customer is considered to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The submission of the KPM Prima Motor application is valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. The customer and/or the customer's representative can file complaints about banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon's products and/or services, if not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall continue to apply and bind the Customer and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk", as well as the "General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO".
  3. The customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct / amend / complement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments / additions / updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are amendments to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the amendments if the Customer does not file an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all Customer obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The customer declares that there are no existing or future transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. For any late installment payments past the due date, the Customer is subject to a fine in accordance with the applicable fee provisions at Adira Finance.
  6. If there are reports indicating fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel Program participation, and award the prize to the customer concerned.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

REMINDER

Beware of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other acts committed by other parties or third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
