Up to 24 Months 0% Installment at English First

These General Terms and Conditions of the 0% Installment Program at Rodo ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to Customers who participate in the 0% Installment Program at Rodo ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon"). 
The Program runs from 1 March 2023 to 28 February 2025 ("Program Period").
  1. The program features installment of 0% for terms of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months.
  2. The program is valid for Danamon Credit Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express logos and Danamon American Express Charge Cards, except for Danamon Corporate cards ("Danamon Cards").
  3. Danamon Cardholders can apply for the 0% installment program through the website www.ef.co.id/englishfirst/adults/ and offline at any English First outlet. Click here for outlet address  
  4. The program is valid for primary Danamon credit card holders, not valid for additional cards.
  5. The maximum conversion process is 7 calendar days after the transaction date.
  6. Make sure you have not submitted an installment conversion through other means (e.g. SMS, Email).
  7. Any transaction converted into installments will be subject to an admin fee of Rp15,000 (fifteen thousand Rupiah).
  8. Any transaction that is converted into installments will not earn D-Points.
  9. Installments will be billed together with other shopping transactions monthly on the billing statement. Interest on Spending will be charged on the installment due if the Cardholder pays less than the new Billing Total, or pays after the Due Date. This interest will be part of the Minimum Payment.
  10. Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel or postpone the application if the Cardholder does not meet the terms & conditions of the Program or is deemed ineligible. The cardholder will be informed of the cancellation or postponement of the application.

Early Repayment

  1. Cardholders can make early repayments of installments before the installment period ends.
  2. For early repayment request, please contact Hello Danamon.
  3. Minimum repayment transaction is Rp500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah). 
  4. For early repayment, the Cardholder must pay the full remaining installments + remaining interest + penalty.
  5. If the cardholder is in arrears for > 2 consecutive months, the installment process can be canceled by the Bank and the remaining installments will be charged in full + interest on installments that have not been charged.
  6. For early repayment, cardholders will be charged a 5% penalty fee.

Others

  1. Bank Danamon reserves the right to terminate the program at any time and amend the terms and conditions. The cardholder will be informed prior to the termination of the program and amendments to the terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable regulations. 
  2. Beware of parties claiming to represent Bank Danamon, keep your password, OTP and credit card data (including card number, validity period, CVC, CVV) confidential.
  1. Products, services and/or discounts from merchant partners are not Danamon's products and are the sole responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are issues and/or complaints related to these products, services, and/or savings, please contact the merchant partner.
  2. All transactions do not indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there is any report of indications of fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide savings to the Cardholder.
  4. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation in the Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  5. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are deemed to remain in effect and bind the Cardholder and constitute an inseparable unit.
  6. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Card Membership". In the event of a conflict between these provisions, the "General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services" and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Card Membership" shall apply.
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/modify/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any amendments/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The customer agrees that Bank Danamon will assume the customer agrees to the changes in the event that the customer does not file an objection within the period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all Customer obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  8. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon.
  9. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives can file complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  12. These General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.


REMINDER

Customers must be vigilant of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising rewards in any form. All fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties / third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
