Program Danamon MPL (Car & Motorcycle)

The MPL – Multi-Purpose Loan (“Product”) is a cash loan product using Proof of Vehicle Ownership (BPKB), for car or motorcycle, as a guarantee. 

This MPL product is offered to Bank Danamon customers through Bank Danamon branches and also through Bank Danamon's mobile banking application, D-Bank PRO. 

MPL product applications submitted through D-Bank PRO will be directed to the website dicicilaja.com, a business support financial facility managed and used by PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk., (“Adira Finance”).

The program period is from 1 – 28 February 2023
  1. Fixed interest rate/ujrah starting from 0.42% per month for one year financing
  2. Free of charge/no fees   
  3. Simpler credit document requirements
  4. Complete insurance includes:
    1. TLO: Total Lost Only 
    2. All Risk 
  5. Receive a cashback amounting to IDR 100,000,000.- for BPKB car guarantee and IDR350,000.- for BPKB motorcyle guarantee in the form of e-wallet credit for applications submitted through the D-Bank PRO app. The process of earning this cashback can be viewed in section VII Other Terms and Conditions. 
Customers who apply for this financing program must fulfill the following criteria:
  1. Bank Danamon customers who have an active savings account.
  2. Indonesian citizen.
  3. Employed in a company, or as a professional or entrepreneur.
  4. Work tenure:
    o Minimum of 1 year employment in the same company
    o For professionals, minimum of 2 years
    o For entrepreneurs, minimum of 2 years.
  5. Minimum age: 21 years or married status
  6. Maximum age until end of tenor: 55 years
  7. Applicant, at the time of submission, is excluded from SLIK blacklist/negative list

  1. Customers and/or customer representatives can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and shall bind the Customer and become an integral part of the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk", "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Online Banking", "General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank" and "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Online Banking" and “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the authority to correct/amend/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any corrections/changes/ updates to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified via communication media available at Bank Danamon.
  4. In case of revisions in the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will assume the Customer’s agreement to these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit any objections within that period. If the customer does not agree to these changes, he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all of his/her outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon. 
  5. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the customer’s cashback reward.
  6. All transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  7. In case of reported Program irregularities or upon any suspicion that fraud has occurred, the Customer is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  8. The Program’s General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk., a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  10. Cashback process:
    • The promo is intended for consumers who have disbursed and submitted through D-Bank Pro during the program period (February 1 - 28, 2023).
    • Then, no later than 30 days after the disbursement process, consumers will be contacted by Adira Finance Officers via WA with the number 081283528507 to confirm the consumer's e-wallet account (Shopeepay, OVO, Gopay etc.).
    • Afterward, Adira Finance will process the e-wallet cashback disbursement to consumers after obtaining the registered consumer e-wallet account number.

Be cautious of fraud committed by unauthorized persons acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All types of fraud or other acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
