Information on Payment Method using Real-Time Online Payment Features

For easier, faster and more convenient payments for your Danamon Credit Card and Charge Card bills, real-time payments can be made using these online payment features:

• Cardholders of Danamon VISA, Mastercard and American Express Credit Card and Charge Cards who have a Danamon CASA account can use the payment features on Danamon Online Banking (DOB) and D-Bank Mobile application.
  
• For VISA and/or Mastercard Credit Cardholders who do not have a Danamon CASA account:
  • Open the “Interbank Transfer” menu on the mobile banking application, online banking site, or ATMs of other banks.
    
  • Enter Bank Danamon code (011) and 16-digit Visa or Mastercard Credit Card Number.
    
  • Enter the transaction value, the maximum amount of payment per day is Rp. 25,000,000 (Twenty Five Million Rupiah) per CASA account used for payment.
    
  • Confirm the transaction.
    
  • Interbank transfer fees apply, the amount of which varies according to other banks’ respective policies.
