Direct Gift Autocilin & Motopro via D-Bank PRO

The Direct Gift Autocilin & Motopro Program (Program) is a direct reward program of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk (Asuransi Zurich) for the purchase of Autocilin/Motopro Insurance products (Non-Collateral)(Insurance Product) through the Danamon D-Bank PRO application  by Bank Danamon Customers. Only customers who fulfill the requirements stated in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions are eligible to join and earn rewards of this Program.

The Program Period is valid from November 2022 until 30 April  2023 (“Program Period”)

  1. Application is a request letter or proposal. A request letter or proposal from a prospective Policy Holder to the insurance company to obtain insurance coverage.
  2. Customer is an individual who maintains a Bank Danamon bank account and/or a patron of banking products/services provided by Bank Danamon.
  3. Policy Holder is a person bound by an agreement under an insurance company, and responsible for all obligations to the Insurer.
  4. Insurer is the insurance company PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk.
  5. Policy Issuance is a policy issued by the Insurer as proof of approved insurance coverage.
  6. Policy is an agreement between the Policy Holder and Insurer regulating the rights and obligations of both parties.
  7. Premium is the monetary amount the Policy Holder is obligated to pay the Insurer for participating in the insurance coverage.
  8. Submit refers to application submission.
  9. The Insured refers to the party facing risks stipulated in the Policy.
  1. The Customer is required to purchase an Insurance Product, submit an application and settle payment to Asuransi Zurich within the Program Period.
  2. Insurance products included in the Program are Autocilin and Motopro (Non-Collateral)
  3. Customers eligible to participate in the Program are those who purchase new policies through the D-Bank PRO application.
  4. This Program cannot be combined with other programs or promotions.
  1. Customers will receive a gift in the form of an e-voucher indicating the prize.
  2. The prize granted will be twenty percent (20%) of the initial Premium. 
    Illustration:
    If the Customer purchases the Autocilin (Non-Collateral) Insurance Policy at a Premium amount of twelve million Rupiah (Rp12,000,000), the Customer will therefore receive a gift e-voucher amounting to two million four hundred thousand Rupiah (Rp2,400,000).
  3. The Gift amount presented to the Customer is equivalent to the gift determined.
  4. Bank Danamon will bear the tax payments for gifts.
  5. Bank Danamon will not charge any fees for this Program.
  1. The Customer will receive an e-voucher notification SMS with masking that indicates DANAMONGIFT. The SMS notification will be sent to the Customer's mobile number registered in the Bank Danamon system a maximum of seventeen (17) working days after the Policy Issuance date.
  2. If the Customer does not receive the SMS notification referred to in point 1 above, the Customer is required to contact the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or contact Hello Danamon to follow up on the matter.
  3. Customers can use this e-voucher at participating online merchants in collaboration with Bank Danamon by opening the link: bit.ly/morebanc1 – https://danamon.more.id (“Web Redeem Voucher”). The list of online merchants will be revealed after the Customer logs in to the link.
  4. E-voucher validity period
    • The e-voucher to the Web Redeem Voucher will expire one (1) month after the Customer receives the e-voucher SMS notification.
    • The expiry date of the merchant e-voucher exchanged by the Customer via the Web Redeem Voucher will follow the terms of the validity period of each merchant, therefore the Customer must read and understand the terms and conditions of each merchant before selecting and sending the voucher code.

  1. The insurance products associated with this Program are  products of Asuransi Zurich marketed in collaboration with Bank Danamon and are entirely the responsibility of Asuransi Zurich, not of Bank Danamon and are not covered within the scope of the guarantee program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  2. The Insurance Products are entirely the responsibility of Asuransi Zurich.
  3. The use of the Bank's logo and/or attributes is only intended to demonstrate the cooperation between Zurich Insurance and Bank Danamon.
  4. The insurance application process including the underwriting process for insurance products are entirely under the authority of Asuransi Zurich, Bank Danamon is not responsible for Asuransi Zurich’s decision on the Customer's application for participation.
  5. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, Program participation and present discounts/gifts to the Customer.
  6. The Customer must declare that there are no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  7. Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon products and/or services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and shall bind the Customer and is an integral unit of this Program.
  8. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the authority to revise/amend/update these General Terms and Conditions. Any revisions/amendments/additions to this Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified through Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes in benefits, risks, costs, and general terms and conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon Bank Danamon’s notification of the change via its available communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her approval to the change in the event that he/she fails to file any objection. If the Customer disagrees with the change, he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all his/her obligations still owed to Bank Danamon.
  9. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  10. Bank Danamon and Asuransi Zurich is licensed and supervised by the OJK.
