D-Mobile (D-Bank)

D-MOBILE HAS BEEN RENAMED TO D-BANK

As one of the ways that Danamon takes to further improve our banking service for all customers, Danamon Mobile Banking or D-Mobile has been renamed to D-Bank. The entailed adjustments are as the following:
1. Application Name

2. Service Logo

3. Login Page

There will be no change in regards to the function and features. 
For existing users, the current D-Mobile app can still be used until a certain time — which will be determined later.

Simple and flexible
Download and install the D-Mobile (D-Bank) App. Activation can be done with D-Mobile (D-Bank) App, without coming to branches or ATM. Use DOB User ID & Password or Debit/ATM Card for registration. If you do not have a Danamon saving account, you may also activate it with Danamon Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard) you have.


Dynamic and Personal
Supported with top feature like Augmented Reality, it is a fun way to look for Danamon merchants and a new way to give money via D-Cash Mobile Phone and D-Cash Social Media to give some funds to your friends with your mobile phone number and Facebook account. With D-Mobile (D-Bank), you may also change picture/icon photo on D-Mobile account as you wanted.

Variety of Services:
The activated account may use the following services/accesses:

  • Balance information and account exchange;
  • Fund transfer;
  • Banking product information, including product simulation;
  • Commerce: phone credit reloads, flight ticketing (Garuda/Lion Air), Paid TV Voucher (Orange TV), Internet Data Package (Bolt/XL), balance reloading for CGV Blitz Member.
  • Bill payment: Danamon Credit Card and other banks, the monthly bill like Telkom and Post-Paid Mobile Phone, Paid TV Bill (Okevision/TOP TV/Indovision/Transvision/ Topas TV/ Nex Media), credit instalment (Adira Finance/Kredit), and Virtual Account Payment.
  • Cashless transaction (D-Cash), Social Media D-Cash, and Mobile Phone D-Cash.
  • Online registration for a new account: Danamon LEBIH, TabunganMU and FlexiMAX.


The Customer/Non-Customer account that has not been activated may use Danamon Promo Merchant Locator, nearest ATM or Danamon Branch locator (Augmented Reality) and banking product information from Danamon.

D-Mobile USAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Danamon customers with savings or current accounts.
  • Danamon customers with Danamon Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard)
  • Have smartphone with following specifications: iPhone (iOS min. ver. 4.0/Android (min. ver. 2.3)/BlackBerry (min. ver. 5.0)
  • A customer of either Telkomsel, Indosat Ooredoo, XL, 3 or Flexi (Telkom)
  • Use internet data service
  • Have active private email address

 

D-Mobile Activation Procedures
Activation with Danamon Online Banking (DOB)

  • First, choose “Activation with DOB” on menu;
  • After reading “Terms and Conditions”, choose “Agree”;
  • Input your “DOB User ID and Password”;
  • If the User ID and Password are correct, “Activation Code” will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS;
  • Input the “Activation Code”;
  • Last, create mPIN as you want;
  • D-Mobile Registration is complete.
