DIRECT GIFT PROGRAM FOR NEW CUSTOMERS
D-BANK REGISTRATION – TD ONLINE

 

1. Direct gift program for new customers of D-Bank Registration - TD Online ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") ONLY applies to new customers of Bank Danamon who do not have a CIF and do not have any savings accounts at Bank Danamon ("Customer").
2. Customers who are entitled to participate in this Program are customers who have opened accounts through the D-Bank Registration application at a special event organized by Bank Danamon.
This Program Period starts from 1 June – 31 December 2019.
1. Customers are required to enter a special code in the referral code: DTD1 column during the registration process through the D-Bank Registration application.
2. Customers who have successfully opened an account through the D-Bank Registration application are required to place TD / Deposit online through a D-BANK application with a 3-month tenor and a minimum TD / Deposit placement value of IDR 10,000,000 (ten million rupiah) up to end of program period.
3. Customers who have met the appropriate conditions listed in points 1 to 3 above have the right to get a gift of IDR 300,000 (three hundred thousand rupiah) ("Gift").

1. Customers who are entitled to the Gift will receive a notification from Bank Danamon via SMS and / or e-mail to the customer's mobile number and/or e-mail address recorded on the Bank Danamon system for a maximum of 10 working days after the customer makes a TD / Deposit Online placement through the D-BANK application, and has met the applicable program terms and conditions.
2. Only customers who have met the above Program Terms will receive the Gift through this Program. The customer will receive the Gift in the form of cashback that will be credited to the Customer's account which is the source of TD placement funds / Deposit online no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the date of TD placement / Online Deposit that meets the program requirements.
3. Customer Funds that have been placed in a Deposit account cannot be withdrawn before the Program maturity. If the customer withdraws the funds that have been placed before the agreed period ends, the customer agrees to NOT get a cashback prize in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
4. The customer hereby understands and agrees that if the customer provides disbursement instructions for funds placed in a Deposit account before the expiration period, the customer will be subject to a penalty as stipulated in item 5 of these General Terms and Conditions.
5. For the cancellation of the participation of this Program, the customer must come to the nearest Danamon branch and the customer agrees and authorizes Bank Danamon to charge a penalty fee of IDR 300,000 (three hundred thousand rupiah) which the customer will pay by debiting the balance of TD disbursement / Online Deposit included in the Program.
1. Program Promo does not apply to multiples.
2. The prize tax will be borne by Bank Danamon.
3. This promo program cannot be combined with other program promos.
4. In the event that there are changes in benefits, costs, risks, general terms and conditions that bind the customer and the customer has objection to the changes, the customer must notify the statement in writing within 30 working days after notification from Bank Danamon.
5. If there is a report of indications of fraud / transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the customer.
6. If you find irregularities related to this Program or if there is a perceived fraud, then the customer is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
7. Other provisions relating to the product, insofar as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions, are stated to remain valid and binding on the customer.
8. These General Terms and Conditions constitute an inseparable unit of "General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Facilities / Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk".
9. The customer agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct / change / complete these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes / additions / updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be notified in advance through the branch offices of Bank Danamon and / or by mail that will be sent to the customer's address and the changes are binding on the customer.

13. Bank Danamon is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.

1. Direct gift program for new customers of D-Bank Registration ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") ONLY applies to new customers of Bank Danamon who do not have a CIF and do not have any savings accounts at Bank Danamon ("Customer").
2. Customers who are entitled to participate in this Program are customers who have opened accounts through the D-Bank Registration application at a special event organized by Bank Danamon.
This Program Period starts from 1 June – 31 December 2019.
1. Customers are required to enter a special code in the referral code: DSV5 column during the registration process through the D-Bank Registration application.
2. Customers who have successfully opened an account through the D-Bank Registration application are REQUIRED to deposit funds in the account formed during registration of IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah) and maintain an average balance of IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah) for 30 (three) days from account opening.
3. Customers must deposit funds as stated in the 3 points above, on the same day as the account opening through the D-Bank Registration application.
4. Customers who have fulfilled the appropriate conditions listed in point 1 to point 4 above are entitled to receive cashback gift worth Rp250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand rupiah) ("Gift"). Cashback will be credited to the customer's account no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the customer has fulfilled the program requirements as in points 1-3 above.
